There's a lot of interesting issues with these.
I have a tiny drone, and it's almost unflyable. I want to use it to monitor some beehives and I went with the smallest and cheapest thing I could
find to learn what drones are like. They're fun, they're silly, and this one is squirrelly as the dickens.
They can, however, interfere with a lot of things and could certainly be used to harass someone (zooming in, buzzing them, bumping into them, etc.)
They could also be used to spy on people (I don't want an electronic peeping tom peering through my windows to see if we're home so someone can rob
the house when we're gone.)
