A simple "whois" query on that IP address would identify the owner. In this case, it is a company called "Turkcell" in Turkey.

Don't forget the Saudi donated Millions$$ to the Clinton Foundation...

This isn't web traffic. It's an email

My email did when I tracked it. Various places around the world. It's not just "searching the web," it's where all does your email go around the world before it reaches its destination.

That's the point.

That's why a lot of this is nagging me. I know there's a connection but I just can't put my finger on it here.

I believe leaving the IP in the email was an oversight on whomever released them with the redactions. The email I referenced was one of many with redactions and this one happened to contain the IP address.

Looks to me like a hop on the way to your destination IP posted. Which would be normal as it is a cell phone carrier company router passing on traffic.
I.E. a deflection aimed at your OP. Or someone didn't know enough on the subject. Or both.
Carry on and good thread.

Ummm...No. It doesn't go all around the world. Especially if you are on a BES or Exchange server. It's about security.

Just above Obama and Hillary ......

Security agencies access

Research in Motion agreed to give access to private communications to the governments of United Arab Emirates[83] and Saudi Arabia[84] in 2010, and India in 2012.[85] The Saudi and UAE governments had threatened to ban certain services because their law enforcement agencies could not decrypt messages between people of interest.

Good Investigating.

Just a tidbit that may or may not
give you something to consider...

The Old Deal:
We spy on foreign populus,
and share the data with the mother countries,
and in exchange, we allow them to spy on our populus
and share the data with us. That way the rules are
not broken regarding citizen rights.

It was a work around.

The pathways you have discovered may indeed
be residual of this method.

Silly questions here: but can we trace whereit went to/was received in Saudi? Maybe answering the who will give us the why...

Was it ever proven why Hill-dawg had the server set up in the first place?

Even though Hillary is a deplorable, horrible person let that not cloud the fact that she is intelligent and very, very cunning. She's pulled the "I'm just a poor old woman, is this even a computer? I can't recall" card but she would be very aware of the unconstitutionality of the unofficial server. She may not be computer-literate but the people who were working for Hillary while she was SOS would be the 'best of the best'. They would have been directed to set up the secret server by her as they wouldn't do something like that unless told to.

Perhaps this was a hidden way to provide the Saudis with Top Secret US information without directly emailing them from something that could be linked back to Hillary. Remember the Saudi Gov't gave multi million dollar donations to Hillary's "charity" The Clinton Foundation with no seeming explanation as to why they would be so charitable.

Odd since the Saudis don't donate to Christians. They take in zero refugees per year. The bulk majority of Saudi charitable donations has gone to war zones in the relief effort and as an underhanded way to establish or bolster wahhabi Islam in those areas, notably Kosovo, the Balklands, Pakistan, Lebanon and to Muslim areas such as the Horn of Africa. Why are they suddenly giving to the Clintons?

Especially when one of the alleged areas of focus for the CF is female empowerment and gender equality, something so at odds with the Saudis Human rights record.

Despite progress over the last several decades, girls and women remain the majority of the world’s unhealthy, unfed, and unpaid. No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project is an initiative of the Clinton Foundation which aims to advance the full participation of girls and women around the world. Through a data-driven analysis on gender equality, an in-depth conversation series, innovative partnerships, and CGI commitments, No Ceilings builds an evidence-based case to chart the path forward for the full participation of girls and women in the 21st century.

Also just though of this Vasa Croe;

There was a reddit written by her aide incharge of the server seeking advice about covering his tracks. He was later arrested and charged based on that reddit ( it became a huge legal issue once u/spez was caught modifying users posts and the question arose of whether reddit could still be used as circumstantial evidence)

- Maybe see if you can find any clues with that reddit?

ATS thread BREAKING: Reddit CEO caught editing posts without a trace by Kalixi posted Nov 24, 2016

Combetta related:

In the days after Mrs. Clinton’s staffers called Platte River Networks in March 2015, Mr. Combetta said realized that he had not followed a December 2014 order from Mrs. Clinton’s lawyers to have the emails deleted. Mr. Combetta then used a program called BleachBit to delete the messages, the bureau said.

In Mr. Combetta’s first interview with the F.B.I. in February, he said he did not recall seeing the preservation order from the Benghazi committee, which Mrs. Clinton’s lawyer, Cheryl D. Mills, had sent to Platte River. But in his May interview, he said that at the time he made the deletions “he was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton’s email data” on the Platte River server.

NY Times

Not sure how/if any of this relates to her Blackberry use but hopefully it helps with your other questions.

In looking at the State Department FOIA reading room, I ran across an email in which Bryan Pagliano and Justin Cooper are discussing Blackberry technical problems.

Not sure, but perhaps it will mean something to those who know more:

Looks like your device is not showing up on att's network.
>>>> The pin went through.
>>>> Let me know if you get this.

...

She registered the host routing table and got a reply message that says its registered.
> So maybe re-enterprise activate?

What I find a bit of humor in is when they suggest she move from BB to iPhone and her response is, "I don't think I'm adept enough for the iPhone!"
