Please, don't insult me by telling me what I am. Uninformed I am not.

If you wish to speak as a Man, i'll be waiting. Until then, I'm having a drink.

I see only fire, and very little light from your posts

enjoy your drink

Also boycotting this tournament is Hikaru Nakamura. He is one of the top players in the US. After the announcement awarding Saudi Arabia as the host nation, he posted this on twitter.

twitter.com...

To organize a chess tournament in a country where basic human rights aren't valued is horrible. Chess is a game where all different sorts of people can come together, not a game in which people are divided because of their religion or country of origin.

They didn't make Ivanka walk around with a head covering

But her husband sold them weapons so she got fringe benefits.

EDIT - her father sold them

Yeah, which makes me question why and what idiot put Saudi Arabia as head of Womens Rights Commission. www.independent.co.uk...< br />
Perhaps they were a bit tipsy when they came up with that oxy-moronic decision.

I haven't seen you standing up for Women or Children. Yet here you stand smug as a bug in a rug, accusing me for speaking my mind.

How Valiant of you.

The only hate I see is coming from your post - demanding that Saudi Arabian competitors be forced to play chess in a bikini if they played in your country.

and that wasn't what was on my mind.

Obviously you couldn't be bothered reading the link about appropriate wear.

REDICULOUS

Again you don't even read links or can be bothered with correct spelling - how invested are you? Or are you trying to give a
"Claytons apology"

Were children asked to wear any special clothing to be participants in the Chess championships?

She actually looks more sexy to me with the head covering.

Ummm no..just no.

NOONE looks better with these headcoverings..they just look like another religious fool.

The purpose seems to be to look as ugly as possible...by religious fervor and fear.

The choices in colors amongst nearly all attire of these manner are atrocious...indeed purposefully to degrade women further.

She was, like all female players, forced to wear the abaya until the championship governing body was able to convinced them to allow them to wear other clothes.

Either way, her protests have brought light to Saudi treatment of women. It’s a shame half a million westerners won’t march in support of her.

“I am going to lose two world champion titles, one by one,” she wrote on Facebook. “Just because I decided not to go to Saudi Arabia. Not to play by someone’s rules, not to wear abaya, not to be accompanied getting outside and altogether not to feel myself a secondary creature.”

I'm sure she will get a ton of support from feminists here in the US. Which I'm sure will lead to some marches or signs of support.

Nope, they are busy with mansplaining.

Islam isn't a Religion, it's a Cult. Or didn't you know that? Look it up.

Islam is a religion.

It’s not a cult.

It has a rich tradition other than these backward Saudis who actually are practicing a cult and it’s known as Wahhabism

Islam produced probably the most enlightened, civilization culture in history, the great Moorish kingdom and many more highly civilized groups, that helped Europe out of the dark ages.
You had the Ottoman Turks, Umayyad kingdom, Fatimid’s of Egypt, the Seljuk Turks and the great Mughal Empire of India

Islam has brought great civilization and advances to the world

Like most main stream religion, it was created by the Catholic Church.

Time to open your eyes, Jesus did.

Most people look like this.
Don't be part of the trend.

The catholic church did not create Islam, they are historically enemies.
