Considering all but 1 and 5 are TOTALLY subjective variables , I don’t see how...

Also the Jews were not a nation when they declared war I don’t think .

The ruler of the area agreed on allowing a Jewish community.. not a new soverign nation state within their boarders..

Don't disagree that they are subjective. But international law only provides broad strokes. Like most law you can argue your case.

The fact remains that Israel could make a great case for war against Palestine.

Umm isn’t that the justification for isreal existing in the first place?!!!

That SUPPOSEDLY their relatives were evicted a thousand years ago??

Completely unproductive. The fact remains it does exist and within it are millions of families, many of which were not even born in 1948. Just like you were not born when the US took hundreds of thousands of square acres from Mexico because they beat them in a war.

Having a discussion about whether Israel should even exist is completely pointless. It does.

The point is the creation of israel was almost 70 years ago.

That means the overwhelming amount of people alive in Israel and Palestine were not alive at its creation.

Are we now 70 years later to tell Israel it has no right to exist?

And given the history of the world and how almost every culture has attacked and taken land from others, how far back should we go with insisting land is given back?

No it would be more like this.

The British say they want the U.S. back because the U.S. took it from them by force.

But then native Americans say actually the British took the land from them, so they want it back.

But then ancestors from tribes of native Americans that were wiped out by the natives complaining about the British say that actually they were killed by those natives, and so they are the real ones entitled to the land..

And guess what? Once this second group of natives makes that claim, another group will come forward saying actually they had their land stolen by this second group of natives.

And so on.

Now this exact same discussion could occur in every country in the world.

So why should we only go back 70 years in Israel?

It's not hard to work out that their angst is aimed at Trump - I doubt any of them have ever given a second thought to Palestinians.

It's all baed in cultural Marxism.

They view the world as oppressors vs oppressed.

The U.S. is an oppressor. Israel is an oppressor.

Therefore they are always wrong, and should give back land, etc.

Notice they never discuss other countries having to have increased diversity, or giving back land.

That's because those countries are all oppressed, and so their lack of diversity and conquering of nations was ok.

You need to think about your views just because people Donny think like you doesn't mean they are an enemy. We see this to often in politics.

Victors call it war afterwards, hiding behind Genocide and crimes against humanity.

The north did it to the south as well but i seem to recall you thinking that was ok.

and its only a crime if its proven in court.
