Went searching on the 'net for rice krispies chocolate cookies....and about all I'm finding is that uber sweet recipe for bars.
JUst no.

Looking for a drop cookie, with chococate, rice krispies, and maybe some nuts.

LOL
Good thing Christmas only comes once a year.

Too bad it is during the cold, dark months when a body wants to hibernate/store fat!!!!!

I always thought funfetti cake here in the states was king of kids konfections...

I now feel like my childhood was wasted. No crackles!!

Indeed!!!

I'll probably make these with dark and semisweet chocolate chips.
I don't like things so sweet or so salty that it puckers your mouth

I think the copha tones down the sweetness.
They aren't as sickly sweet as they sound.

The recipe is definitely open to your own flourishes. 😎

Nice and sweet if you make the crackles with Coco pops instead of Rice bubbles, sprinkle with Milo.

kind regards,

I Googled "Gourmet Rice Crispy treat recipes". You might give that a try and see if anything stands out.

Well, the thing is....I don't much like Rice Krispies treats....and that is what those recipes all seem to be.
