The American people via voting, the Office of Inspector General and Congressional oversight. That whole checks and balances thing that was built into the Constitution.

The Obama administration colluded with and paid Fusion GPS to get information from foreign agents (including Russian) that would help Hillary Clinton to win the election.

yes sessions recused himself but if his employees are not behaving themselves he needs to send marshals to detain them and drag them to congress to explain why they ditched .then fire them. as ag he always has the power to do this
