No. Hawking her book.
It is not an "exclusive."

I gathered...
I also used the term exclusive very loosely & because I’m lazy...

You take things way too serious, Phage.

You took my “too serious” comment serious enough to defend yourself...
I now aim to trap you in an endless loop of seriousness until I can prove you are not Artificial Intelligence working for NASA, or perhaps even DARPA.

I haven’t decided which is more realistic yet.

I always preferred the little background info that came on page 3 more than the boobies...
I’m a personality first kinda guy.

That’s actually believable when you say it.
No offence intended when I say that.
I don’t think you’re a “square”, just that as long as I’ve been here reading your fine posts, you come across as disinterested in the sexual lusts of humanity...
Probably because you’re AI, now that I think about it.

I’ll save this post as “exhibit A”.

On a serious note, I only bought one issue of Playboy in my life, to read a Hulk Hogan interview.
I was a diehard Hulkamaniac back when I was younger... vitamins, prayers, running wild, the whole nine yards.

It wasn’t a memorable interview, so I found other uses for the issue...
Would have been a waste to just discard it in the trash.

Edit;
We seem to have come full circle because I’m quite certain Hulk Hogan was one of the first celebrities in recent times to face the sexual deviancy trials and tribulations.

If I remember correctly he cleaned out Gawker in the lawsuit.
Like a stupid amount of money too...
Money they probably didn’t even have.

Ha.

Sure...

...and, that is where I first read Vonnegut... right between May and July

I remember my step-dad trying to sell that argument to my mom, when she discovered his stash. He lost that fight, as I recall...

The only way he could touch her back sexually was with a certain body part.

Maybe he stroked her back in a creepy way? I'd call that an 'awkward moment' rather than sexual assault or misconduct. Jeez, it's always been an 'awkward moment.' When did it change?

For thousands of years men have tried to judge when the moment is right to make a move. We've waited for the 'right moment' for that first kiss. According to current crazy standards, the attempted first kiss could set off her anti-rape alarm while a group of guys start the beat down and blue lights approach.

Fun times.

It's not madness if a dark part of our society is shown the light of day.

I'm not sure that part of our society is completely dark.

Every person reading this is here as the result of that 'dark part of our society.' Every person reading this likely has experienced that 'dark part of society.' Intimate relationships are not evil... and any relationship can have disagreements and misunderstandings.

I am not talking about rape, or abuse, or even misconduct. According to Fox, Cassidy got a little too frisky, she put an end to it, and that was that. We don't know anything about what Cassidy was thinking, only what Fox claims happened. Could Fox have been flirting? Maybe some signals were misread? No, no, no! It had to be sexual harassment, and therefore we have to punish a dead man.

While we're there, let's punish his family, his children, his siblings, his friends, anyone who cared about him. He's been dead less than a month. Is it possible they are grieving? And let's do it purely for monetary reasons... after all, what does she think we're going to do? Dig him up and prop the corpse in the corner of a jail cell?

OK, on second thought, you got me... it is a dark side of our society. The love of money over any form of decency or respect. That is pretty dark.

Everyone seems to forget a certain Mr E Presley When he was about 25 years old moving Priscilla in with him when she was about 15 years old. Or is it" oh he was an icon and nothing ever happened", pull the other one. And why not talk about a certain Mr M Jackson. Oh sorry, he was a child in a man's body. BS, BS, BS.

I agree the stuff you are referring to here , while not the dark side I was talking about , is the other side of that coin.
It is good that false accusers are getting made public.

The real issue with this is how do we really know who is telling the truth and who isn't?

I hate to say, but if the Michael Jackson trials took place today, things might happen differently. And if Priscilla spoke up and claimed that Elvis abused her, public opinion might swing pretty harshly against the King. He's a dead white man after all.

You don't and that's the dark part because it's damaging the normal flow of relationships that might otherwise be healthy.

How do you form a relationship with someone if you never know what he or she might say about it in the ensuing decades?

Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13 year old cousin.
That actually did create an uproar, back in the good old days. Killed his career for a good while.

For anyone younger, some context on her body of work

Im not saying that porn stars can't be sexually harassed. Im just saying that her lifestyle may not support her allegation and apparent delicate sensibilities that she came upon somehow.
