San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee Dead At 65

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, who became the city’s first Asian-American mayor when he was named to serve out the remainder of Gavin Newsom’s term in Jan. 2011, died suddenly early Tuesday morning, city officials said.

Former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, a close personal friend of Lee’s, said the mayor was shopping at the Diamond Heights Safeway when he suffered a heart attack at around 10:30 p.m. He collapsed and was rushed to the hospital.

I couldn't help but think about Kate Steinle when reading this today. This mayor's strict sanctuary city policy is said by some to be part of the reason Kate is dead. Outrage across the country ensued after the verdict of "not guilty" was issued for her killer. Many were heartbroken after her death, then after this verdict.

Nevertheless, RIP, Mayor Lee.

not what he knew, more like, extrajudicial execution through covert means. People who continue policies like his will continue to have problems around the country, but they will be stretched out in intervals, given little coverage like this, and cause of death will vary.

Hillary is roasted toasted and burnt to a crisp already. Pretty sure it is our guys doing the killing now, not hers.
