Yes, The FBI Is America's Secret Police

This should be required reading on ATF. It's a nice concise summary on how the FBI has been acting like the a secret police force at least as far back as the 1920's.

A 1924 American Civil Liberties Union report warned that the FBI had become “a secret police system of a political character.”

In the 1930s, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court feared that the FBI had bugged the conference room where justices privately wrangled over landmark cases, as Tim Weiner noted in his “Enemies: A History of the FBI.”

In 1945, President Harry Truman noted that “We want no Gestapo or Secret Police. FBI is tending in that direction.”

And FBI chief J. Edgar Hoover compiled a list of 20,000 “potentially or actually dangerous” Americans who could be rounded up and locked away in one of the six detention camps the federal government secretly built in the 1950s.

From 1956 through 1971, the FBI’s COINTELPRO program conducted thousands of covert operations to incite street warfare between violent groups, to get people fired, to smear innocent people by portraying them as government informants, to sic the IRS on people, and to cripple or destroy left-wing, communist, white racist, antiwar, and black organizations (including Martin Luther King Jr.). These operations involved vast numbers of warrantless wiretaps and illicit break-ins and resulted in the murder of some black militants. A Senate Committee chaired by liberal Sen. Frank Church (D-Idaho) issued a damning report on FBI abuses of power that should be mandatory reading for anyone who believes the bureau deserves deference today.

Of course the abuses and secrecy continue right up to today, with the FBI refusing to come clean on it's own involvement in manipulating the 2016 election.

I have to disagree.

It's the enforcement arm of the party of the donkey.

If your not in the 'in' crowd.

You're screwed.

Just ask Bannon,Flynn,Manafort.

And CLinton,Holder and company are laughing it up.

It's funny how many people are very supportive of law enforcement and the rule of law, until those officers that investigate and uphold the rule of law somehow play in to a conspiracy that does not bode well for their political agendas.

I guess it would all depend on who you ask.

Many cheered weaponizing the IRS and would be for a partisan law enforcement agency.

COINTELPRO, like Operation CHAOS, targeted liberal groups / MLK / anti-war activists / etc (and some actual commies I imagine too if you dig hard enough).

Ok. That has nothing to do with what I said.

That statement is an OUTRIGHT LIE.

Unless you have something to back it up?

No matter. The only thing that matters is that they work for TPTB. Meaning you might question what the real agenda of "your" team really is.

Hint: the whole SJW Movement is fountainheaded by the same ilk of Robberbarron Elites that have had the entire government apparatus hijacked since pre-WW2.

CIA didn't exist yet. Paperclip not only brought over Nazi scientists, but a bunch of state security apparatus, ostensibly to counter Soviet KGB. This morphed into the CIA and trickled down to the FBI.

Back then FBI was national, CIA international.

Like usurping a LEO organization for a soft coup to overthrow a duly elected president ?

This entire FBI conspiracy is proof.

People support law enforcement and the law, but all of the sudden the FBi is part of some political conspiracy now that Trump and friends are being investigated and they begin to question the integrity of the FBI and the intelligence community.

You guys don't even know who TPTB are, let alone what they want or what matters to them.

And what team am I part of?

Sure. Whatever oddball nutty nonsense you have to tell yourself.

At this point, you guys are not exposing some grand conspiracy that is taking place. You are only exposing yourselves as loons.
