Relevant political message in current song - 30 Seconds to Mars

I have one album from 30 Seconds to Mars...there are 4-5 good songs on it (A Beautiful Lie).

Their newest release "Walk on water" is one I heard (for the umpteenth time) and actually listened to the lyrics, which seem quite political & relevant based on very recent events (sexual accusations and typical egomaniacal behavior of most politicians)

Let me know if you agree.

Jared is a very creative person and I like most of what he does. He is a democrat - he's held events for Obama, etc. Nonetheless, I dont know much else (For instance, does he support Hillary, does he defend Obama to this day or have buyers remorse). He seems to be more hippie than anything else...not that I care either way, I'm sure his fans can/will correct/enlighten me...I'm just trying to extract a bit from the lyrics.

In the end, I thought the lyrics were interesting.

Don't know about the meaning or about Jared's beliefs and political preferences. But I love his voice, the band's musical sound, the videos, and his creativity. He is multi-talented.

For the record Jared Leto is about to be outed for having sex with underage girls.
He sounds like a piece of work. He keeps some creepy company too.
