Peter Strzok, as deputy head of counterintelligence at the FBI, was a key player in the investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server to do government work as secretary of state, as well as the probe into possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 election.

OUCH the hurt continues, NOT a good day for the leftist liberals.
How so? This just proves that Mueller is on the up and up. This way, whatever else he finds will hold more weight now, since he's shown impartiality.
Which is why I suspect this happened.
Or how about they are all in the liberal bag and Mueller was forced to fire one of his group to protect the rest?
You could be right, but we will probably never know if you are. If they are doing this, it will be considered classified. You thought the releasing Kennedy's papers took a long time.

Interesting.
The Times also reported that Strzok relied on information provided to the FBI by Christopher Steele, the former British spy who was hired by an opposition research firm working for the Clinton campaign to investigate Trump’s Russia activities.
Steele briefed FBI agents in early July 2016 on some of the rumors he had heard about Trump. In a dossier he started working on in June 2016, Steele alleged that the Kremlin had blackmail material on Trump and that the Trump campaign was working directly with Russian government officials to influence the election.
“It took weeks for this information to land with Mr. Strzok and his team,” The Times reported in April.

The agent (Strzok) was also having an extra-marital relationship with FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who worked for Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. The TWO exchanged anti-Trump/pro-Hillary emails.

Looks like there is more to this story because NYT and WaPo are suddenly attacking Mueller now and how bad this really is. Nunes is also pretty pissed that the House Intelligence Commitee is getting stonewalled by the FBI why Mueller fired Peter Strzok in the first place. Apparently Peter Strzok also played a vital part in the Hillary investigation and why it was dropped. Sorry to say this but Trump needs to check all security branches for moles. It seems they are all compromised one way or another. Hillary had them all in her pocket and the investigation of the email-gate was tainted right from the start.

"By hiding from Congress, and from the American people, documented political bias by a key FBI head investigator for both the Russia collusion probe and the Clinton email investigation, the FBI and DOJ engaged in a willful attempt to thwart Congress' constitutional oversight responsibility," Nunes said in a statement Saturday afternoon. "This is part of a months-long pattern by the DOJ and FBI of stonewalling and obstructing this committee's oversight work, particularly oversight of their use of the Steele dossier. At this point, these agencies should be investigating themselves."

So could this possibly be the smoking gun on the FISA warrants?
