Ok Mr I can read.
I said Obama is undone....

His last four years were predicated on his belief
Hillary would be rigged into office.

"I continue to think he (Trump) will not be President"

Lol

Yup. He was wrong.
So was I.
So what does that have to do with the topic?

Why did Flynn lie to the FBI?

There is the Logan act, but that's probably moot at this point.

Why, do you think, Flynn lied?

My guess is the hysteria over Russia had a little to do with it, but who really knows?

Who really knows why?
What he was doing talking to Russia was not illegal.

And still no Russian collusion....

Ultimately we are not sure what all the investigation is looking at or why for that matter. Ultimately if it was during the campaign, before Trump was elected, then it could be a violation of the Hatch act. However, after such, then all such communications have to go through a different set of channels, and documented. Sometimes it is good to have witnesses and records of conversations.

As far as, Flynn, he has flipped and is giving evidence against people in Trump's administration if not the president himself. Here is where it gets sticky, and I think where Flynn comes into play, his testimony is not primary, but used as conformation and collaborative evidence when it comes to the actual other parts of the investigation.

But in either case, consider this, it is apparent he is now cooperating, to get all of those charges dropped down to one charge where he will not be spending so much time behind bars.

Are you sure? But why lie?

Maybe, maybe not. But is that the only criminal activity which concerns you? Collusion. Or is only alleged Clinton crimes which concern you? What is your interpretation of "drain the swamp?" Anyone but the Trump administration?

The Hatch Act...lol.

Comey had a better shot at Clinton than
Mueller does under that law, not one prosecution
in over 100 years. But go ahead and entertain yourself.

I think he may be able to offer more than corroboration, actually. He may well be able to provide new paths of investigation. Which means this isn't going to wrap up anytime soon.

We must learn moderation again, in everything.... Including hyper partisanship in this country.

Them's fighting words...... What would America do with all that extra time?

Still waiting for the supposed bombshells, it isn't like Mueller wasn't focusing on Flynn and Manafort. We knew that from the start. Flynn wasnt even charged with anything for his Lobbying/working for as a foreign Agent for any country. We will see what else comes of this.

It sounds like Flynn basically had bankrupted himself to defend himself during all of this. Is that how we serve justice? I understand he lied and all that, but I can't see a life long Military guy being evil or Anti-American.

Seems to be more to the story we all don't know.

Collusion even if it was true, which at this point there is
zero evidence of ...is not illegal.

So far, Clinton is the only one that committed crimes.
You do understand the difference right?

Flynn only plead to lying. No plea to "collusion with Russia".

As well as guarantying some (country club) prison time.

How come?

Some plea bargain, he goes to jail and spends everything he has to do that. If Flynn was a super important piece of the puzzle, wouldn't Mueller have offered immunity?

True, with a clarification. The public has no information about evidence collusion (or, as yet, conspiracy, which is a crime).

I know the difference between a crime and not a crime. I also know that Clinton has not been indicted, and not for lack of trying.

Right. Because collusion is not a crime and lying to the FBI is.

And the question must be asked, were there wiretaps on Flynn
all along? Sure looks like a certainty now.

And it would appear that ABC news is “clarifying “ their story earlier today on Mr. Flynn :

www.zerohedge.com...

The article is short,so I did not quote any of it.Plus ATS T&C rules scare me 😳

Lets use Logic for a change..

Would you fire someone who has the power to take you down? Someone who has the goods on you?

Nope! I sure wouldn't. I doubt you would either

Hillary is the smart one. She never needs to fire anyone. They just die. What is it so far? 150 something deaths around her so far?
She is protected by enemies of the US.

He pleaded guilty. It doesn't look good for Trump. Pence will be president soon.

Proof by repeated assertion hasn't made this come true yet, but at least you're a tenacious bunch.

Not sure why liberals would want Trump impeached.

The guy is totally inept. Pence would get more done.

I personally would prefer to keep Reality-TV Trump in the WH, not only because he's inept but because he keeps the Democratic base motivated with his ass-hattery.

Depends on what else he has on him, I would think.

Can't be letting criminals off scot free now, can we?

True, he's not mentioned in the agreement that's been made available to the public.

I'm pretty sure the full terms of the agreement are of public record if any of them are.

Flynn (or his attorney's) told Mueller what Flynn has to offer. Mueller said, "Ok, plead guilty and testify. If you don't, the deal is null and void."
