Telling me to cool my jets when there's people in here calling for tossing out all mexican immigrants because of one idiot who shouldn't have been here in the first place?

I was simply asking a question why people are calling for such rash scenarios that's all.

So who do you think should live in America? Just wondering...

Americans and lawful guests. Is that too radical?

Who do you consider American? Describe one for me.

I think the ricochet favored the defense's claim that he accidentally discharged the firearm. For involuntary manslaughter, the action that resulted in the death has to have been reckless.

But in a police interrogation, Garcia Zarate admitted to firing the gun, saying he was aiming at a seal.

So, I still question if the prosecution even tried.

No. You're getting your panties in a wad because a poster is angry right now about the injustice, about sanctuary cities that harbor criminal aliens, about people that get deported back to Mexico and come back five or six times only to kill an American out for a walk with her father.

With all due respect to your opinions, are you not perpetuating the bias?

I don’t believe so, no.
If you could expand on why you think that, I may be able to give a more complete answer.

Many threads have been commented on in regards to crimes commited by legal citizens of this country.

No doubt.
However, the nuance of my point, was not commenting on crime in general, but towards a hypothetical “similar scenario”...
ie an accidental discharge death that involved two legal citizens.

I stand by my assumption that there would not be these emotional conspiracies being proposed.

So, I fail to see your logic even though your partisan side of the isle is slightly visible.

I do not think it is “partisan” to oppose or be sceptical of very unlikely conspiracy theories that are based on nothing but emotion.

Please tell me what exactly do you find to be partisan about that?
Maybe I have a flaw in my communication skills to work on that I haven’t noticed.

Me. My family came here legally from mount Ararat in Turkey ( Armenian on my Dads side)

Maybe we should have just went to the west coast and offered the US government and all Americans the middle finger instead......

Shall we play?

Geeze, how would it look if the prosecutor won?

He would have lost his job for heaven's sake!

He'd never work in cali again.

Heads would be exploding and screaming at the sky would be the order of the day.

I think the prosecutor is a female named Diana Garcia, and, yeah...I wonder how hard she worked to win the case.

The prosecution people rigged the trial.

No question in my mind.

as I posted on the previous page, him being in possession of a firearm was a commission of a crime, a felony crime at that in the state of Cali. Therefore the accidental discharges of the two legal citizens applies, because they were not committing a felony crime by simply being in possession of a firearm as a felon, which this man was. When somebody dies during the commission of a felony, that is known as felony murder.

I noticed they did not go for felony murder, so he can still be tried for that if hypocrites in the California judicial system actually care about justice or something as double jeopardy would not apply as felony murder is a technical different charge.

A felon with pryors just happens to trip over a .40 mag.

Immediately results in the death of a beautiful young lady.

Then we have a felon doing what comes natural to felons
tossing the evidence in the drink. Showing concern for
only his own cowardly worthless ass.

And admits to firing the weapon.

There isn't even a defense here from what I can tell.

And this is how her family has to walk away?

Sick

So you as an immigrant can stay, but legal Mexicans need to go?

You did say on the first page that all Mexicans need to go. Implying legal or not.
I'm not trying to start an argument here. I am just asking why are Mexicans being singled out in this thread. Because this guy is from Mexico?
