Hey all!
If you are like me, you get really sad when the Halloween horror marathon season is over. I am not a huge fan of the Christmas season, because of the stress and running around. But I am a huge fan of Christmas themed horror movies!
My list for this year will include:
1. Black Christmas(1974)
2. Silent Night, Deadly Night(1984)
3. Gremlins(1984)
4. A Christmas Horror Story(2015)
5. Krampus(2015)

So much fun! Did I miss any classics?

It's A Wonderful Life.

Scares the hell out of me every time I hear a bell now.

I'm not into horror movies.
More of a traditional type.

Charlie Brown
Christmas vacation
Christmas story...ralphie!
The Grinch, not jim Carrey

Those are my goto movies.

And good god, die hard is not a Christmas movie.

I'll give these horror movies a look though, I hate to miss anything

I actually found that to be a truly educational documentary on why a firearm is the preferred method of home defense as opposed to marbles on the stairs.

Yeah, I always hope for George to jump and put us out of his misery.

Good list, I also love the classics. I just naturally gravitate towards the horror.

With all the s*** he did I always thought his family and friends would push him.

Oh, another good one, not on my list would be The Children(2008).

A nice little film about kids turning on their parents.

Great list. Its not as good as the original, but have you seen Black Christmas 2006?
I am going to watch both, maybe today even.

Its worth watching. Also another older Scary movie is When a Stranger Calls.....There is a remake of that as well, but the original is better, at least I think. Both are good though. I just looked and Black Christmas and When a Stranger calls, are on YouTube, free!

I plan to watch "Better Watch out" in the next couple days.

It will probbsly be stupid, but it's got a 97% on rotten tomatoes so who knows ?

Cool thread.

I'll be watching my usual Christmas horror flicks.

Christmas Evil
Silent Night, Deadly Night 1 & 5
Don't Open Til Christmas
To All A Goodnight
Black Christmas
Santa Slays
Gremlins
Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale (a newer one I really like)
Jack Frost (not the Michael Keaton one but I find that to be horror also )

I know I'm missing a couple more but I'm not fully awake to remember but that's pretty much my list.

That's probably the best one in the entire genre. Really well done.
