The 105th Grey Cup game did not disappoint!!
From the snowplows and trucks on the field to Shania Twain coming out on a dogsled at halftime...awesome Canadian football!!

What a game!!
The longest pass play in Grey Cup history!!

Toronto was down by 10 at halftime only to dig their way out and win!

They went from worst in the league last year to winning it all.
My team didn't make it but thats ok...we won it last year.

The highlights are below.

I am glad I didn't wager anything...I would have put my money on Calgary.

Do they have to wear all that protection because they are to delicate to play rugby?

No,they wear that to keep warm and be fashionable!!

We do tend to be a bit soft with our favorite sports.

Take no notice of me. I'm just being a dick. I rate Canadian people several leagues above their southern neighbours in terms of bones and stones and like very much that you are our commonwealth cousins.

Just having fun...we can both give and take.

I take nothing away from the Americans though...we have a lot in common.
Our football is just a bit different and they don't have ketchup potato chips. IIRC

I had Calgary -7. Which was good until the 4th quarter.

The difference is the size and the speed of the players.

Argo coach Trestman was fired by the Baltimore Ravens last year.

Argo GM Popp was GM of the Baltimore Stallions, who won the Cup back in the 90s.

(dang, Shania still looks good)

I'm surprised to hear that. Its practically compulsory across your southern border (no pun intended).
