This reads like one of those #BLM list of demands letters from a year ago. Are you branching out now?

You have difficulty understanding debating.
The election was about choosing the best alternative.

Choice was between Trump and Hillary.
Ghandi would have been better than either but was not on the ballot

Given this choice, I responded to each of your points.
You remain stuck on your Hillary fetish.

Clearly, Trump, with his faults, remains the better choice

The people of Haiti would agree (given their earthquake money was stolen by Hillary)
The women being beaten and burned in Syria by ISIS ( funded by Hillary) would agree
The people being sold into slavery ( by the islamists (funded by Hillary) who replaced Gaddafi) would agree.

I have a fetish with Hillary? You quickly brought up her record to defend "the better alternative Trump!" Hello, Hillary is not the POTUS!!! How about Trump supporters stop ignoring the 800lb gorilla in the room and stop using Clinton to justify his stupidity, scandals and incompetency! I can bet my last dollar, if this was a liberal president we would be agreeing with every point I listed. It's not even worth the time to debate the issue, it's just so black and white.

Can you tell me what Trump is not doing that he said he would work on as part of his campaign promises?

Isn't "stupidity, scandals and incompetency" applied to every President? I can spell out a case for each word with Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush SR, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, Johnson...

Someone absolutely had to take the case. The court system is set up that people are innocent until proven guilty.

Get a clue.

No I'm not advocating child abuse. Don't even.
Our system may not be perfect but it works most of the time.

Unfortunately guilty people do go free and innocent people are incarcerated but we have to trust that it doesn't happen often and a good defense attorney goes a long way to make sure the scales are balanced.

Let's not debate the court system here. That would make a great thread however.

So is Roy Moore entitled to the same “innocent until proven guilty”? Seems to me he’s already been convicted before going to trial...”good for the goose, good for the gander”?

LOL, The first warning was when you said trump hasn't kept his campaign promises, but I was still interested until you said "the social pressure to support trump..." Right! Because so many nice things are said about trump supporters on social media. In the news, on message boards, etc.

Chalk this one up to sharia blue.

I think we are supposed to be wringing our hands, rending our vestments, and throwing dirt on our heads because someone's (clearly invented) "friend" changed political positions and now doesn't support the same individual they allegedly supported prior to the election. It's cute and kitchy... reality has failed them (I mean seriously, has even one prediction come to pass yet? Trump hasn't been indicted, impeached, or even properly implicated in any of the dozens of wild, flailing spit balling attempts to bring him down. International leaders are talking with us again, as opposed to talking at us or over us. The economy... yes, the one that was supposed to collapse by now under Trump, is skyrocketing.)

Their imaginated alternate universe is all they have left. It was funny to watch for awhile, kind of like a slow motion train wreck involving clowns and superballs, but now it's becoming a touch pitiful. It's like watching a developmentally disabled kid trying to thread a needle, they know what they're hoping to accomplish, but they lack the ability to reach that goal so they try and miss time after time after time until an adult finally comes along and takes the needle and thread away from them to stop the uncomfortableness permeating the rest of the room.

I think you need to read this...

www.nytimes.com...

1. I WILL accept that my side lost, but I won’t acquiesce in injustice and I will gird for battle on issues I care about. I will call or write my member of Congress and express my opposition to mass deportation, to cutting 22 million people off health insurance, to nominations of people who are unqualified or bigoted, to reduced access to contraception and cancer screenings. Better yet, I’ll attend my representative’s town meeting and put him or her on the spot.

2. I WILL try to do small things in my own life, recognizing that they are inadequate but at least a start: I will sign up on the Council on American-Islamic Relations website, volunteering to fight Islamophobia. I’ll call a local mosque to offer support, or join an interfaith event. I will sign up for an “accompany my neighbor” list if one exists for my area, to be an escort for anyone who is now in fear.

3. I WILL avoid demonizing people who don’t agree with me about this election, recognizing that it’s as wrong to stereotype Trump supporters as anybody else. I will avoid Hitler metaphors, recognizing that they stop conversations and rarely persuade. I’ll remind myself that no side has a monopoly on truth and that many Trump supporters are good people who want the best for the country. The left already has gotten into trouble for condescending to working-class people, and insulting all Trump supporters as racists simply magnifies that problem.

4. I’LL DO my part to support the society I’d like to see. I’ll eat Chobani yogurt because its owner has been subjected to racist attacks for his willingness to hire and promote refugees. Likewise, I will give blood and register for organ donation — for at least they’ll make me feel better. As will a tub of Chobani.

5. I WILL support groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center that fight hate groups, and back the center’s petition calling on Donald Trump to disavow bigotry. Depending on my interests, I’ll support an immigration rights group, the A.C.L.U. or Planned Parenthood. And I’ll subscribe to a newspaper as one way of resisting efforts to squelch the news media or preside over a post-fact landscape — and also to encourage journalists to be watchdogs, not lap dogs.

In terms of Social Media, I think you are dead wrong. These places echo thoughts. And when one of your "friends" posts a bad thought, FB...

6. I WILL support refugees, one of the most demonized groups in the world. The International Rescue Committee’s work for refugees can for the first time be supported through donations to The New York Times Neediest Cases Fund. In many cities in America and abroad, volunteer can help refugees through this I.R.C. portal. More refugee resettlement agencies are here.

7. I WON’T let it slide if a friend makes degrading comments about a minority or women. Even if it’s over Thanksgiving dinner, I’ll push back and say something like: “Come on! You really think that?!” Similarly, I may not be able to prevent a sexual predator from reaching the White House, but at events I attend, I may be able to prevent a sexual predator from assaulting a drunken partygoer.

8. I WILL resist dwelling in an echo chamber. I will follow smart people on Twitter or Facebook with whom I disagree. I will also try to enlarge my social circle to include people with different views, recognizing that diversity is a wonderful thing — and that if I know only Clinton supporters, then I don’t have a clue about America.

9. I WILL do what I can in my own life to make sure that the needy aren’t forgotten in the next four years amid paroxysms of tax cuts for the wealthy. I can support Reach Out and Read, an outstanding program that helps at-risk kids learn to read: A $20 donation covers one child for a year, or one can serve as a reader. Or I can be a Big Brother or Big Sister or help through iMentor.

10. I WILL understand that progress may unfold at the state or local level, and I will engage there. It’s encouraging that voters in four states passed minimum wage measures, and in three states approved gun safety measures, while other states and localities are wrestling with climate change. And, of course, a starting point is to get my friends to vote.

11. I WILL take on sexism and misogyny, which in forms like domestic violence, sexual assault and sex trafficking affect women and girls across the country. Even today, Republicans and Democrats should be able to work together to get funding for women’s shelters or to prosecute pimps.

12. I WILL not lose hope. I will keep reminding myself that politics zigs and zags, and that I can do more than shout in the wind. I can fight for my values even between elections, and even at the micro level I can mitigate the damage to my neighbors and attempt to heal a social fabric that has been rent.

No one need a twelve step program. There is only a need for a two step program where the Congress gets things passed for us the voters no matter the side.

If I recall 93% of 12 steppers fail because that's what the programs about is forgiving you when you fail. I was forced into one about 25 years ago and I figured it out when they told us week after week we could never recover and we would need their control from now on.

I was relatively frayed by the OP initially, but I do have to admit it is kind of funny. Not in the way it minimizes those with additions, takes a false moral high ground or insults an entire bloc of voters. But funny nevertheless.

You have difficulty understanding debating. The election was about choosing the best alternative.

And you have difficulty understanding my response when I said...

So just because voters were fed a bunch of lies by both candidates, it makes complete sense for you to defend an incompetent winning presidential candidate that has just as much dirt and scandals as his competitor?

It's like defending the lesser of two evils in your view. Just because you feel she was the worse candidate, doesn't make sense to ignore Trumps proven blatant failures and flaws which I listed. You're justifying his faults by comparing them to Hillary's faults and failures! You than say I have a fetish with Hillary???

I never debated the idea that Clinton was better than Trump. I listed his personal proven faults and failures that I expected Trump supporters to defend! Instead you deflected the main points of my list and start listing Hillary's scandals in comparison.

Weather or not you or anybody at the time felt Trump was the better candidate, by now you should have a clear picture he's not worth defending. I've voted for people over the years realizing they were a bad choice. I didn't go around and defend the person after realizing they made poor legislative decisions or lied in their campaign. If anyone asked if I voted for the person, I would just say I was an idiot for voting for the guy. I would than point out his failures.

So really, what's wrong with facing the truth and calling out political scum? It sure seems easy enough to call out Hillary and Obama's faults and scandals. I have more respect when someone says, "yea, Trump's a real a-hole everything you said is true, but I like the idea of him building the wall, and draining the swamp. At least acknowledge his blatant red flag faults! Geesh.

Can you tell me what Trump is not doing that he said he would work on as part of his campaign promises?

1. His healthcare replacement promise... "Healthcare for ALL", "Leave Medicaid Alone," "Lower costs" in the end failed to replace Obamacare with a better plan.

Trump's previous promises on replacing Obama Care

2. His Tax Plan ... He now wants to limit local deductions that middle class families have used to reduce their tax payments. Yet corporations still have their loopholes and hide their profits in overseas banks.

Trump tax plan would break six of Trump’s campaign promises

3. Mexico was supposed to pay for the wall. Sure doesn't look like that's going to happen.

1. He is not a dictator despite all the claims trump haters have made. He is at the mercy of congress, and congress is paid off by the medical/insurance/big pharma lobby. It's not like he did not attempt to keep his promise, and he is still planning on getting a new plan passed, probably once even stupid democrats can see Obamacare is a disaster. With that said anything that can be passed will likely not be much of an improvement because it won't focus on cost reductions.

2. I do not know why nobody will actually look at the independent analysis of the tax bill instead of looking at these stupid biased headlines. The tax plan will give 90% + of the middle class a tax break and if you aren't one of those you can move to a state which has reasonable tax rates. Nobody can honestly say the vast majority will not get a tax break.

3. The wall construction has not even started. You are really ignorant if you honestly think it will be hard to make Mexico pay for it, it will happen, but it may come over a period of several years. Obviously Mexico is not going to hand over payment, it will come as some form of tax on Mexican goods, or a fee for crossing the border.

All of these are just false.

Bull... He is pushing for a comprehensive over haul...once again align with his campaign promises.

Many ways to pay, but the key part is to actually build the wall don't you think? He has hardly drifted an inch off what he said he would work on...the problem is congress being ineffective in their role in all this.
