also one more thing:
while coyame is obviously bs, i still think that nick redfern's analysis is flawed for two reasons:
1: it could be an simple case of synchronicity
2: im pretty sure the killer alien virus idea is way waaayyyy older than andromeda strain and indeed its an serious worry to NASA

Sure it is. It used to be a well-known fact that "malaria," or "bad air" was frequently caused by comets or meteors.

It's a fun story, however, the ending is a little disappointing.
