Well, considering Trump on average lies around 9 times a day (it's being tracked), it's not surprising. Of course he hung fake Time person of the year covers in his hotels dated Sun (Time only publishes on Friday), which was pretty darn funny. So not sure why anyone is surprised. Huge ego.. lies constantly.. not a stunner here. Yet his sheeple will continue to defend him, saying it's ok because it "triggers" those who take offense to the POTUS lying on social media. Which makes sense of course, why should people be annoyed that Trump lies on a daily basis? It's what you do when in office!

He's been on the cover of Time magazine 14 times, once Person of the Year.

The fake magazine was hung by an interior designer who thought that it was one of the real 14 issues.

But don't let facts or sense influence your hatred of the man.

As you were...

You're wasting your time mate. Until the dust settles, Trump doesn't ever tell lies and never has. It's everyone around him who tells the lies and the media is all fake news. Anyone doubting His Highness is a liberal, a RINO or a Hilary supporter who needs to get over it. He's the first honest POTUS in the history of the planet and probably a better leader than the universe has ever seen.

Hi,

I can see why you might come to that conclusion. However, an individual will often present themselves differently in different situations. A public figure has a public persona. This is not necessarily a reflection of their true character. That is one reason why a face to face assessment would be necessary and one cannot simply rely on video footage.

Ah right ..... So .... With congress having an approval rating that would put any company in chapter 11 situation, you want to use a dysfunctional duty abrogating institution as an example to do what exactly? You do understand, and so I hope they do too, that 2018 is around the corner and thus their pluche seat?
You site their obstruction as evidence, but what is that? 17 rebublicans have been taken to the cleaners during the rep primary (lying Ted, low energy Jeb, Ugly boy Rand, Obese and gluttonous Chris. And the total apparatus is called stupid! You think there is any love there? They are still grappling with the fall out.

A treaty becomes law, causing mandatory follow up. When it is not a treaty, it is not law. However, when and if some companies (which CEO's by the way and list their affiliations) feel they must adhere to tougher standards, there is nothing from keeping them. Especially if they feel it brings them an edge towards their products and markets. That is a business decision, not a political one.

I agree that the position is powerful. Yet, there are many weapons. Some weapons yield influence on people, others are potent in such a way as to move markets and countries.

So, here comes the kicker: when just in office, it might have been the case that some politicians thought they could mess with DJT. Vale, he simply fired 30 tomahawks and threw MOAB on a target. Flexing muscles it is called. Now go back to youtube and check the reception he got from the reception previous presidents got in Asia and ask yourself: what do they see versus what you perceive?

And by the way: worldleaders? What is that exactly? To me, it is a misnomer, an epithet all to easily taken on for the sake of appearances. Now, talk about delusions of grandeur.

Has it been disproved that Time Magazine contacted him?

well we know how you feel.
even though it is not their procedure and someone from on high at time as said he was not contacted but hey..."someone" could have reached out. i mean someone "could" have called
hahaha

That's not what was said. His claim is they told him he would PROBABLY naming him POTY. He had no problem with the interview from what I see, it was them calling him about it and saying it was not a sure thing.

Time's response does not include them saying no one called him.

I did not see that in your original source. Can you source the person at Time saying no one contacted Trump.

"Amazing," tweeted Time's chief content officer, Alan Murray. "Not a speck of truth here — Trump tweets he 'took a pass' at being named TIME's person of the year."

not a speck of truth means he is saying it did not happen

but It is a political code, not a scientific or legal code..

Its a code of conduct they apply to their profession. Are you so dumb that you would allow a builder that has been de-registered to build your home when you were warned by the ruling body that they were not accredited?

What sort of reality do you live in? How about letting a doctor operate on your bones without an x-ray?

The media so wants to disparage Trump that they'll offer him the position only to take it away and say Trump was never contacted. Modern media is being replaced by alt-media anyway. Who cares what they say. There are YouTube channels getting more views than CNN and Time combined. To Time I say MEH.

The 10 Biggest Media Lies About Donald Trump

President Trump’s lies

The president is still lying, so we've added to this list, and provided links to the facts in each case.

Trump’s Lies vs. Your Brain

All presidents lie. Richard Nixon said he was not a crook, yet he orchestrated the most shamelessly crooked act in the modern presidency. Ronald Reagan said he wasn’t aware of the Iran-Contra deal; there’s evidence he was. Bill Clinton said he did not have sex with that woman; he did, or close enough. Lying in politics transcends political party and era. It is, in some ways, an inherent part of the profession of politicking.

But Donald Trump is in a different category. The sheer frequency, spontaneity and seeming irrelevance of his lies have no precedent. Nixon, Reagan and Clinton were protecting their reputations; Trump seems to lie for the pure joy of it. A whopping 70 percent of Trump’s statements that PolitiFact checked during the campaign were false, while only 4 percent were completely true, and 11 percent mostly true.

All False statements involving Donald Trump

In 298 days, President Trump has made 1,628 false and misleading claims

The Fact Checker’s ongoing database of the false and misleading claims made by President Trump during his first 365 days in office.

Now you can do one of a few things here. Scream fake news due to who is making these claims, without going through list to refute most of these lies in order to prove the media is biased, you can take Trumps word that the media is biased and against him or you can actually read and see that he is a habitual liar and not a regular politician liar, it would seem he lies just to lie.
