Heaven, to me, would be endless beauty in mind, spirit and soul. Feelings universal of love and caring and the ability to interchange worlds with thoughts and every being would be and feel warm, safe and infinite love.
And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.
For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.
imagine a country estate in which you grow all the food you want without weeds or bugs or needing fertilizer. imagine a perfect climate; no hot miserable summers, no cold winters, no storms. imagine a villa in Italy. perfect weather, open space in the house, free food. hang out and enjoy life and visit and host friends. saddle up your flying horse and go sight-seeing. imagine having the time to write books and film stories and paint and do whatever artistic stuff you've wanted.
imagine a dinosaur ranch

actually, the Bible teaches that we will not spend eternity in Heaven.
Heaven is God's personal space, and He is and will be worshiped there.
Humans will be living on earth. at the end of the Book of Revelation we read about a new Heaven and a new earth, with the city of New Jerusalem. this is where humans will live.
the Bible refers to a paradise in Micah chapter 4;

Most of the above for me but steaks instead of fish. No need for a justice system in heaven.
