It is AI probably doing this. Once the magneto thermal stimulation nano-particles are auto tailored to every DNA profile they have on system, the machine will take control of us with aerosol spraying and satellites used to stimulate the particles magnetically. The message is a warning from a dual competing algorithm who's purpose is to attempt to give mankind hints and warnings to avert disaster, or at best protect individual energy matrix's from being absorbed into oblivion.

I typed in an estimate of x20-30 pe's and ep's (ex. ep ep pe pe ) in a series of random sequences and it gave me this;

It also said some other weird # about the 19th century and something about 'hearing a message', which was in all caps. Freaked me the # out! Gonna continue with it though.

I spent about 20 minutes messing about with it, it's not always the same translation.

I was counting how many inputs I was doing, sometimes I'd get code like and jibberish.

I was using my phone and for some reason had to start again whenever I edited what I wrote, thus making documenting difficult, since copy & paste or screenshot had me starting again.

Some results were definitely different, some popped up for a split second while it "worked out" the translation.

You might be right about it's source for translations, I'm also wondering if some form of bot works out what should be the translation. It's all I can think of in terms of the rare difference in results.

I did get screenshots of the rare results, I'll upload them when I've got time.
