ps listen to" Jack and Dianne " , a song about one of underage dalliances with an already experienced and protected serial killer ...

where in the hell did you get that?

John Mellencamp got the idea for Jack and Dianne from the play Sweet Bird of Youth by Tennessee Williams.
it was the young man ( a wannabe star) that uses the older woman( (a washed Up actress) to get a chance to make it in the movies. they return to his hometown where he is still trying to hook up with his teenage sweetheart.

no underage dalliances, no serial killing by them.

i don't know where you got that Jack and Dianne was about "an already experienced and protected serial killer ..."

I don't think that calling him a mass killer is exactly right. As far as I know, the only person he's killed is a pimp. He's responsible for the killings but his followers actually did it.

True but in the eyes of the law he may have well done the killing.

Manson had serious health issues back in January as well, when he was hospitalized for severe intestinal bleeding and needed surgery to repair a lesion ... but was deemed too weak by doctors and sent back to prison.

TMZ.com - CHARLES MANSON, Hospitalized ... 'IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME'

Well, that does not bode well for Chucky.

A rather lack luster ending. I thought the Company would rather continue their experiment to it's spectacular ending! They must have bigger fish to fry...

The weird thing about Manson is the ability he had to manipulate people. I love this song "look at your game girl".

Weird how a monster can also create beauty.

Some things are just weird in this life, he was one of those things. A mystical manipulator.

I don't think he would ever enjoy peace, so hopefully R.I.P.

Do you remember the film Natural Born Killers by Oliver Stone?

Where do you think the inspiration for the Mickey and Mallory interviews came from?

Yeah-but I don't have to drink, do drugs, destroy property, insult friends, throw up etc to have a good time. And , no, I dont go to church or church functions. So, thanks for your insult.

By that measure, Stalin was a great fellow.

Get real man.

Ok. I'll get real.

Charles Manson didn't kill anyone.

I didn't say he was a good person. I didn't reference Stalin or indicate they were similar. I just said he didn't kill anyone, which he didn't.

It doesn't get any more real than that.

and yet, it is also real, that charles manson was convicted of the first degree murders of nine people. Mostly on the evidence of charlie's influence on his family provided by Linda Kasabian.

Exactly that.

He was convicted because he influenced others. Even the court that tried him accepted that he, himself, had not killed anyone.

so if a woman takes a lover and convinces him that they can only be happy together if he kills her husband??? is she not guilty of murder, even if she herself did not kill her husband? should her behavior be ignored and should she be declared innocent?

The Manson performance never really interested me much.
I remember thinking the guy just read too much Nietzsche.

Is this a Plato reference?

"It looks like we're gonna have to show blackie how to do it."

I didn't say anything about guilt or innocence.

2nd line.

"Only the good die young"

An 83 year old Manson proves this statement to be true and accurate.
