Agreed, this is no alt right sight. It is fairly even handed and if people are sick of even handedness then that is a different problem all together.

Part of the discussion here is what to do about prison rape.

Why do prisoners need to able to be sexually capable? If there was an easy, temporary way to render them impotent for the duration of their sentence, wouldn't that be preferable to allowing them to victimize each other?

Do you really think we are talking about Blair in this thread? If you take away the hormones Blair goes back to Brian fast. Oh and tax payers are paying for the elective hormones while these people are in prison.

There will have to be a distinction made to what constitutes a male and female. Right now it is based on physical characteristics and that is all.

More expensive fun for such a small portion of the population.

Non violent drug crimes should be treated as a medical issue, our system doesn't really try to help people get off drugs, but rather puts them in jail , which is more profitable for the system.
But on topic , this person has been living as a woman since he/she was 12? That's a long time to hold on to something you don't identify with.
And I'm sure if you ask the women in the prison if they felt safe or comfortable with a woman with a penis being housed with them, most would not like it .
But the way things are going in this country they will make the one happy against the feelings of the many.

Prison is very scary, and these trans people should be in protective custody.
