The Dubai airshow has in the past proven to be where huge orders, and new aircraft have been launched. The predictions for this year were for a quiet
show with no surprises. Apparently a few people didn't get the memo.
Bombardier:
EgyptAir announced they have an order for 12 CS300s, with an option for 12 more.

Boeing:
FlyDubai ordered a total of 225 737 Max aircraft. The deal is worth a total of $27B.

Airbus:
The huge winner this year turns out to be Airbus. They just announced a deal with Indigo Partners, who own 4 airlines, for a total of 430 A320 neo
family aircraft. The deal breaks down to 273 A320neos, and 157 A321neos, valued at $49.5B.

And now CDB Aviation has confirmed an order for 90 A320neo family aircraft.
