IMO? It's not impossible. But it is unheard of.
To stretch the probabilities, we could say that he started the Tweet on a device and never sent it, opened the device after two weeks and sent the last Tweet he was busy with on that device he didn't use for 2 weeks...
Or maybe he intended to Tweet about the California shooting - but then there's the issue of his sincerity if he's just going to copy and paste the same Tweet every time there's a shooting?

It does however remind me of the "Sweden incident" Trump referred to, despite the constant negative press cofveve.

And again we remember the tragic loss of life during Kellyanne Conway's Bowling Green massacre.

You'll have to forgive me if I happen to think that the President shouldn't just tweet from the hip, half-asleep or whatever his problem was.

I guess if you were a dictator and he was your pleb you might have a point . We could go into how no one is perfect but that might bring into question your ability to judge correctly and we wouldn't or shouldn't do that . His biggest problem seems to be that a large group of people wanted him to be their president ... They didn't base that decision on how he tweeted ,the colour of his hair or the size of his hands ...or did they +++

Then we have the finished product, a Totalitarian State.

These Federal agencies are exactly akin to that foreign occupational power.

Trump was reminding us (in this time of sorrow behind a heinous crime in Texas) how its good that God and the FBI showed up. A woeful representation of that other high crime from the past, a union of church and state, i.e., God and King.
