If you check wlsearch.tk..." target="_blank" class="postlink">archive.org (The Wayback Machine), at the time of the DM, wlsearch.tk was being used to host the Podesta email archive. It was branded for WikiLeaks and had a WikiLeaks donate button.

IANA lists dot.tk as the domain registration authority. Dot.tk's whois redirects to Freenom. Freenom is a free, anonymous domain registrar. The results are uninformative:

Freenom WHOIS Lookup
WHOIS Lookup information for this domain

WLSEARCH.TK

Your selected domain name is a FREE domain name. That means that, according to the Terms and Conditions of FREE domain names, the registrant is:

BV Dot TK
Dot TK administrator
P.O. Box 11774
1001 GT Amsterdam
Netherlands

Due to restrictions in Freenom's Privacy Statement personal information about the user of the domain name cannot be released.

Looking at October of this year on archive.org, the site was redirecting back to Freenom. It looks like wlsearch.tk was originally registered by WL, expired and was registered again by somebody else. The site that is up now, which is one page of blabber in the voice of Seth Rich, thanking Don Jr and WikiLeaks along with a watch graphic, appears to have been created today (between 3:26 and 3:50, I'm assuming that time is UTC) despite the copyright saying "2016."

EDIT to add, from archive.is:

Ah, I could tell it was very recent. Thanks for pinning it down to today.

I still wonder why WL sent Don Jr a search link with .tk though?

He gave it to congress. Congress leaked it. I'd say that counts as "mentioning this communication."

To you personally?

Or does it count that he turned them over to Congress instead?

The publications report that the messages between Trump Jr. and WikiLeaks were among thousands of documents turned over to Congress as part of its ongoing investigation into claims that Russia interfered in the November election — a finding backed unanimously by U.S. intelligence agencies, which have said that the Kremlin aimed to aid Donald Trump's campaign.
