Put yourself in Russia's shoes. You want to undermine the great enemy (US , UK , Europe) as this will make you stronger. How will you do this?
1. Influence a major decision your way (e.g. US President , Brexit etc.)
2. Cause chaos by making the decision marginal - so that the decision cannot stick and that means working the decision from both sides.

Of course, Russia has tried to influence elections - as I am sure US has tried - although the propaganda machine is far more mature and hence sophisticated in Russia they have been doing this from the 1960s.

The key element here is the nature of Social Media (Facebook, Google etc.) which is like the wild, wild west where the big companies don't want to regulate this as basically it would cost them too much in profits for some half decent regulations.

Not drinking this Kool-Aid...how can we be sure the OP is not a Russian Operative! OOOOOH! Who hit the way-back button and shoved us back into the McCarthy era of a commie behind every desk and bush?

I've got a bad case of whiplash between "Russian Reset" and "Russia is meddling in the election!". I suppose Uranium One was Hillary's Russian Reset after leaving the WH "broke".

Makes you wonder why it was such a good idea to have these people running the country.

Is he?
All we have are accusations made by someone who had little credibility and has made false accusations before and someone else who worked for the political opposition.
Just two? Really? Another Woman Says Roy Moore Sexually Assaulted Her As A Teen
Not sure I'd dig in on this one just yet but hey...it's your call.

Yup. Now, why aren't the people tearing down statues trying to do the same to certain celebrity stars on the Hollywood walk of fame?

Out of curiosity, what does anything this guy said before, or after his video in this context have to do with what he said in this context? Are you trying to be trendy and # on the messenger? That's something a douchebag would do. What's wrong with what he said about this topic?

The pollution caused by Keurig pods must be vast. If fewer people are using them, then maybe that's not such a bad thing.

But it does raise a conflict.

For the most conservative folk, does breaking your Keurig mean you are doing something that's environmentally friendly? Horrors! Maybe you're an environmentalist now. Better remove your catalytics converter and do a few rounds around the block to make up for your reduced carbon footprint.

No better example than newsweek.

Follow the money and you end up with a billionaire oligarch named Bezos.

I'd say they're hiring, but plenty of American dupes are playing useful idiots for free.

It's as if people are consenting to be manipulated in service of the Trump cause. Otherwise, why would someone want to promote and even defend a hostile country's propaganda? Doesn't make sense.

There is more evidence of the left being duped by Russians than anyone supporting Trump.

Russian Reset being the biggest piece.

So, you're OK parroting what Russia wants for America?

Russians have been caught pushing anti trump rhetoric and rallies.

Why do you continue to push the Russian agenda with your anti trump posts on ats?

Why not talk about something that is actively happening as we speak?

Why do you have a problem with it?

Hahaha!

In other words, if someone pro trump says something that Russian bits have said, then it is falling for Russian lies and a huge deal.

But if you say something anti trump that Russian bits say, it's no big deal it's in the past and no need to focus on it.

Please post where I've taken the position of Russian bots.

I have about 9 threads of yours ready to link.

It's really entertaining to watch how selective you are with the lies you believe. But hey, no such thing as Russian bots right? And if they are, they affected both sides!

Hahahahah.

Show me once where I made a big deal of Russian bits.

I have made fun of them every single time.

I pointed out consistently that anti trump people should be careful saying pro trump people are siding with russia, because it would be turned on them.

And yet we still see ops lie this blaming people for falling for Russian bots.

Please link where I have not been consistent.

I will put my post history on the line any day.

You've never made a big deal of Russian bots, and why would you? You both support the same news stories. From Uranium 1, to every crazy theory about Hillary and Obama that magically shows up in times when Trump is in trouble. Come on man, don't be obtuse.

I pointed out consistently that anti trump people should be careful saying pro trump people are siding with russia, because it would be turned on them.

It's funny you would say this, because nothing has been turned on anti-Trump people at all. You're mistaking right wing propaganda reality, for reality. Did it ever strike you as strange that everything the Trump admin is accused of they automatically accuse others of?

The reality is, Russia tried to influence our election in favor of Trump. You can take Vladmir Putin at his word if you want, but I've personally talked to some of these Russian trolls after their contracts were up. I know what is going on. Trump and his lemmings believing the lies of an ex KGB agent isn't going to change that.

But..you realize everything the DNC/Democrats/Hillary/Bill was caught up in, they turned around and blamed the republicans/trump for the exact same thing? All while completely denying their roles in the activities? Do you understand what hypocrisy is?

Did Hillary and the Democrats not surface the Russian collusion deal after the Uranium One deal started to get big? Did they not turn around and throw a fit that Trump rigged the election with the help of Russia? Are the democrats (some) not currently crying about Trump and Saudi since those connections were made with Hillary/CF?

DO ANY OF YOU NOT REALIZE THAT YOURE ARGUING THE SAME POINTS FOR DIFFERENT SIDES? They're all the f!#$*! same. Democrats. Republicans. SAME TEAM. No matter who is POTUS, no matter who is a candidate, if they have an R or D next to their names -- they're worthless. The promises made are always opposite of what the other says -- then those promises are broken and everything stays the same. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

How the majority of people on this website are blinded to that fact is beyond me. Both sides (on this site) love to call each other snowflakes, or sheep, but then you all sit here blindly following the D's or R's and the words they shove into your ear canals, and then get offended when the other side (or someone neutral) calls out the bullsh--. The very definition of snowflake and sheep. Its baaaah'd. (Much like that joke.)

As to the Russian bot topic -- proof? Where are the Twitter analytics showing the bot activity? Not something set up by a third party either, as they wouldn't have a clue unless they have access to Twitter/Facebook's internal network. But then there wouldn't really be a need for Twitter to have its own analytical team, right?

You realize that anyone -- yes anyone -- can create a force of twitbots with hardly any effort? All it takes is creating the accounts and setting up an automated response/post system. Is there ANY IRREFUTIBLE, UNDENIABLE, PROOF, that anyone in the Russian government, or any affiliate of the Russian government is behind ANY of this? If so, please provide analysis of network traffic, trace routes, and the likes. Considering its not very hard to spoof a location, MAC address, IP address, or anything regarding the location of the device (mobile, PC, etc) to show that its coming from an entirely different location. Please show me any analysis that disproves a VPN, ToR, any other proxy service, or direct infiltration of a network by a third party.

Marxism is interesting and his approach to scholarship is worth consideration. Marx foresaw communism as inevitable in his time, based on the technology of the period. The number of poor would be able to overthrow the rich from a sheer numbers perspective.

Today, I don't really know if communism is an inevitable consequence of unchecked capitalism. The technology at the disposal of the elites gives an advantage that they didn't have in the 1800s.

I do think we see evidence of class struggle, which is something that he said would happen.

Excuse me, sir, but ANTIFA represents a small fringe subset of the left. I would ask that you instead divert your attention to the white nationalists that make up the entirety of everyone that disagrees with us.

Also, please ignore the fact that Karl Marx inspired Hitler.
