If you read the filing... discovery and subpoenas for documents will be a real bitch.

The suit alleges fraud, and illegal campaign activities, and claims of Russian hacking being made to cover up the illegal activities of Imran Awan on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC.

Not sure how they arrive at their claims... but if they are informed by anything more than speculation... it's time to get out the BIG can of popcorn!

I saw that. She donated money to Obama's campaign and he elected her judge. She also came from a firm who is currently representing Huma Abedin.

The judge teaching the course with John Podesta is Richard Leon, who was appointed to the Washington DC bench by George W. Bush, and he is presiding over the defamation case regarding Fusion GPS.

He had this to say about John Podesta:

So if I'm keeping up, she didn't actually recuse herself, which would require some sense of ethics. She was forced off the case. Am I reading that right?
