I think it is a shell game. They see the inevitable collapse of the P group, and are taking the valuable relationships and dirt to their new hideouts.

CNN reporting that Fritts also indicated the group is shuttering, paychecks will be stopping in the coming weeks, and the group is looking into providing health care through the new year for employees (which is nice for those not immediately picked up by a splinter firm).

So, as others indicated, it's going away but the same people are going to pop up at other places.
