So, "You are a Crown Servant in pursuance of your Crown duties" means you can have an airsoft that looks real. What would those people do with one that would be pursuant to doing their duty to the crown??

Domestic abuse doesn't have to be a felony. It already precludes you from owning or even using weapons. I had a soldier under me in the army who we had to kick out after a domestic argument he had with his wife (he threw the phone through the wall), because he was no longer allowed to be around guns anymore (which defeats the purpose of being in the army).

"ASSAULT weapons ban"? Assault weapons are already regulated by law. They must mean "semiautomatic" legislation.
