I added a reply to this thread yesterday,

politics.abovetopsecret.com...'

today it is in a different forum called 'PTS' with a slightly different bg color to it,

( dark beige in appearance, there is also another thread I noticed that went from 'ATS' forum to 'BTS', with a light blue bg instead ),

also when I clicked that link, it logged me out.

?

There wasn't any mention on the thread itself as to why it was moved or what it was moved to.

Okay, two things happened:

1. A mod decided it needed to be in a different forum (PTS)...so it got moved.

2. You have to log-in to PTS (same username and password).

So if you'll log in to PTS, you can click that linky, and it won't kick you off.

(Basically the same as if you go to view a BTS thread and haven't logged on yet.)

That's brilliant, exactly what I wrote but slightly different!

Right, so why was it that you have to log-in to PTS if you are already logged in at ATS?

They're different discussion boards. BTS, PTS and ATS are all different boards so you have to log in to each one.

Not really, see that would have included reading what I wrote the first time, the whole explaining thing.

Don't throw them to the lions or anything dress-up like that, I'm just into keeping things unsluggish, let's call it. They can do so much better than that.
