DACA only has budgeted money until March. Then it's up in the air along with everything else that is covered by the budget and affected by the current shutdown.

That's why shutting to government down over DACA should be such a big loser. The Democrats are making a stand over something that is currently funded for at least 30 more days regardless of what they do and is in the interests of a small group of people who are not legal American citizens. For this, they are holding the American public hostage, and many of those programs don't have funding for at least 30 more days.

I think we should keep the government closed until it expires. It may be rough for a lot of people, but in the end, it will save this country billions of dollars and massive democrat votes.

From what I have heard about the memo...it proves no warrants where used. Therefore, wouldn't ALL the Russia evidence be given the boot?

Effectively ending the Russia witchhunt. Pretty sure Sessions only recuesed himself from Russia matters.

A federal judge in California temporarily blocked the Trump administration's decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program late Tuesday night.

Widely known as DACA, the program protects young immigrants from deportation. In September, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the program would be phased out.

The ruling from U.S. District Judge William Alsup in San Francisco granted a request by California and other states to keep DACA going, at least until lawsuits can play out in court.

If this has any truth to it then all vocal Trump supporters and the silent majority saved the world in 2016. That would also mean massive vindication for all the scrutiny they had to endure well still have to this day. I couldn't vote for Trump obviously but i'm proud of every american patriot who did.
