Someone might say they want to kill all white police but they many also not have any intention of carrying it out. Perhaps they were just not smart enough to express their desire that someone else would do it.

Just a badly phrased general throw away comment to my way of thinking. How are they going to prove he actually had any real intention of carrying through with it?

Perhaps this case is a measure of how people are being taught to not even make off the cuff anti establishment comments for fear they will be informed on.
