I find myself agreeing with introvert on this subject, a discussion needs to be had about what is leading these people to flip out and want to hurt so many others.

My right isn't up for debate. Thus no discussion is to be had.

It is insulting to myself and millions of other Americans that have done nothing.

You're right.

It's not about limiting guns, but certain people from getting them.

And what causes people to snap.

Crappy parents, but how about the rise in single parents families, broken extended family structure, rise in families that are divorce families with patchwork structure, etc.?

Have those also been as common as they are today?

I never said your/our right was up for debate.

In fact, what I did say is that sort of debate does not help in these situations.

So I'm not sure why you replied to me with that nonsense.

You're playing in to the BS and trying to bash me over the head with it, which is exactly what I said people tend to do, instead of moving on to the real conversations we need to have.

So are we going with the mental illness/Prozac thing yet/again?

I had to step away from the tv/internet and take care of some real-life things. Last I heard it was some young white guy with a bunch of guns in full tactical gear.

So you admit there are few facts, you're just throwing around partisan bull# as usual.

Thanks for proving my point.

Because often the parameters of the limitation are left such that all too many innocent people can fall into those guidelines.

Look at the idea of banning everyone on the "No Fly" or even just the "Watch" lists. Talk about bad idea!

So much for equality eh.

Some people have more of a 'right' than someone else.

I'm not sure, but that is slightly different than just saying "crappy parenting".

Though, I think that is a valid issue to be addressed and may fall in to the socioeconomic angle I thing needs to be considered.

Insulting ...you find it insulting to discuss the issues behind why people are resorting to mass shooting of innocent people..really ?

Well I wouldn't want to let your pride get in the way of another mass shooting, carry on then..

Yeah with a focus on Veterans and PTSD.

Also, may find one of the alphabet agencies "knew" about him.

I'm quite aware.

An "innocent person" can snap.

That's not the point, and "no fly lists" are irrelevant, even though I agree with the argument.

Yeah I can see why bringing up the constitution would be an issue to those pushing an agenda.

The RIGHT of the people to keep and bear arms, Shall not be infringed.

The enumeration shall not be construed to DENY and DISPARAGE others retained by the people.

The RIGHT of the people to LIFE,LIBERTY and the pursuit of happiness.

The RIGHT to being taken to courts of law where crimes are proven beyond all reasonable doubt.

Is a hindrance to those that push outright deception of having an 'honest' conversation.

Funny though.

Mass hysteria is exactly the reason we have that GD piece of paper to begin with.

Anyone here have a degree in clinical psychology ?

NOPE.

People die every day in this country. From a variety of reasons.

Only people don't try to run around calling them NUTZ.
