Those guys who had that special vote to keep trump in check over summer vacay? The ones who wouldn't vote in his health care plan? Those guys? They work for the people not trump.
I'm not so sure he's got that safety net.

Look into weissman (Mueller's number 2). Got a whole bunch of convictions that were overturned for intimidating witnesses, wrongful procurement of evidence, and withholding evidence.

I know about Weissman. He had some convictions overturned during the Enron issue, I believe, due to improper jury instructions, but had not see them overturned based on your claims.

Have a link?

Also important to note that Weissman is known for getting lower-level people to squeal on the bigger fish they are trying to snag.

I know you're not that naïve. They work for their own best interests.

They swore an oath to serve and protect the nation and to uphold the constitution.
I'm inclined to give them that modicum of honor. They chose those careers out of altruism not greed. And they don't owe trump a thing. If he broke the law i believe they will do the honorable thing, what is best for the country.

And if their best interests happen to conflict with Trump?

Hillary Clinton took that same oath too.

(as far as she can remember)

My god mate, are you completely braindead or something? I WAS WORKING, AWAY FROM HOME. I GOT BACK RECENTLY AND AFTER DOING HOUSEHOLD CHORES I GOT ONTO ATS AND POSTED WHAT I PROMISED. Yes, it was 12 hours later, that's called REAL LIFE. I understand you spend 24 hours a day glued to your computer but some of us have lives outside ATS. What the hell is the problem with that?

Why are you DELIBERATELY trying to stir up trouble hmmmmmmmmmmm???????

If their self preservation is at stake it could be an issue but so far the elections have shown they need to align themselves with him if they want to stay in office.

Wow, don't come unglued my friend, it is not healthy.

You had no problems chatting it up on ats for those long hours working, how much work can you actually get done when you spend half of the day on here?

My money is on him running away (resigning) instead of facing the music.
The thing about someone who constantly uses phrases like believe me or trust me is that he has had a lifetime of people not believing or trusting him. He developed that emotional tic because he's a liar and is untrustworthy. He knows people don't believe him or trust him.
I watched a clip where he actually back flipped his way through a question and he did stop shy of and work his way around the phrase I am entirely innocent. It was pretty funny and sad at the same time.

Thank you for that. I believe that ethics complaint did not go anywhere.

Still, I have not seen any charges that he used wrongfully obtained info in a prosecution.

You don't believe that do you? Of course he is. Mueller was put in place to investigate the firing of James Comey, obstruction of justice ( by trump) and the role he and his campaign played Russia's interference. If course he is under investigation.
You're not basing that on trumps say so are you? You've heard he is a liar right?
