Does the word "fixed" have any meaning in regard to a Political Party's actions? Should it?

That's why we have to address the propaganda, and no I do not know how to do so.

I just do not see anything on a large scale being done till the strangle hold on congress is taken care of, third parties taking away the cities so they can crack the states seems to me to be the only way to start that process.

ETA: they are going to block anything that might threaten their hold on power.

Was thinking cause I have way to much free time on my hands at the moment...

Would the country be bettered served to have the top 2 finishers in the election be the president and the vp, for example the last election would have put Trump in as President and Hillary as Vice.

This way the entire country with our current two party system gets some form of representation in the white house?
