i'm gonna say aircraft,

So your saying the plane landed , slowed down and taxied in just 4 seconds , is there an aircraft carrier parked around there somewhere . Pretty cool whatever it was .

as i said i think that the video is a time lapse or sped up. my local station does that quite often, they will show a video from one of the local roof top cameras sped up when they only have a short period of time in the segment of the show. usually the early morning broadcast when they are trying to cram in a lot of stuff.

Why do they cut the footage while it's still in the air?

What's wrong with these people!

Is there any more of it?

Good find...

I thats the case i might explain the lack of landing lights although i would have thought some flashes would have been caught .

Look at the car in the parking lot in the foreground.
Looks like normal speed to me.

play the video at 1/4 speed and watch the ones on the highway they still appear to be moving fairly fast for 1/4 speed.

Notice how it is actually descending in the city, so rule out falling star and alikes too.

Why? That's exactly the behaviour (if we can call it that) of a falling star: fast, in a straight line

This happened between the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort and Shawnee

I think the camera is looking in the opposite direction.

In the image below I marked what I think are corresponding points on the video and on Google Earth.

North is to the right, so we are looking west.

Also, it looks to me that those bright fixed areas along the road are big illuminated signs, as pointed out in the image below.

If I'm right and it was a meteorite, then it fell somewhere around the area marked in the image below.

Could it be light shined on a powerline, like a moving projector?

So lets assume it was a pee sized meteor.

How can the angle still be so flat after traveling all the way trough our atmosphere ( drag ) and gravity influence?

I know they go fast... but somehow i think air resistance and gravity would make it go way more straight down before hitting the earth.

I find an interesting article about meteor speed, but it gives not the answer.

I suppose it depends mostly on the meteor's size, but it's a fact that not all meteors fall vertically or almost vertically. I found the image below on Wikipedia's article about meteoroids.

As for the trajectory being too straight, we are only seeing the end, so it may not be that straight, only looks straight on that short space.

no its not an meteor, meteor dont have an "tail" at such altitude
its very likely an small flying animal being illuminated
though i love your analisys

It moves like a flying bug.

I doubt it's a bird or a bug because of the light, at that altitude I don't think it wouldn't get enough light from the ground to appear that bright.

I also think it's much close to the camera then it appears. And there's plenty of light closer.
