As an actual member of Starfleet, I agree with you.

Question since you are there, the English captain with the Frenchy name, why didn't they ever fix his baldness in the future? What the actual eff? Cant they cure that in the 24th century?

That was set in stone since the start.

Netflix paid for the entire production. Thats why its high quality.

This show didnt earn that 2nd season.

Might be banned under the ol'd eugenics thingy.

They should however be able to replcate a decent syrup.

So you will complain that the white guy never got his baldness fixed, but it's totally ok for the black guy to be bald?

Until it runs the full season and the figures are in there is no way of knowing if it has earned the second season can you?

You are doing that false ownership thing again.

The only black person I saw on Star Trek was Ahoohah from the original series, I stopped watching after TNG.

They don't cure baldness until the 25th century.

Comb-overs are still cool up until then.

Was it the Cylons who share the technology with them?

You should watch DS9 if only for the Ferengi, great fun when they are up to mischief.

I'm Mason, Non, we're perpetually up to mischief. We do all kinds of silly pranks, dog poop-filled bags lit on fire, toilet papering people's houses, cloning children from the DNA swabs we do at Masonic CHIP days, really fun stuff.

Yes but their fee is so large it covers production.

No one is denying this. Its part of the reason it was done through the license from the movies.

That means they cant use direct influence since CBS has that right. Thats why its all kind of JJ'ed up to look like the movies kind of.

EDIT TO ADD:
Notice how no one is making merchandice really. No one wants to take the risk seeing its ACTUAL popularity and the associated fees on it all.

They learned it at Hogwarts, after the Hobbit found the Ring.
