Then launching a appeal after the fact is possible for the accused . Its like if a Judge had a conflict of interest but didn't recuse himself its possible to get a appeal if the conflict tainted the judges decision . Muller is not a judge but a investigator so if his conflicts have bearing then the people charged like Manford can ask for a dismissal based on the conflicts ...Its the impartially of what the judge or investigator was not able to maintain that matters ...

If Manafort was sooooo corrupt, the FBI could have done this anytime.

America doesn't need to spend millions funding top Democratic lawyers
when we already have a premier law enforcement agency.

Manafort accusations are not connected to TRUMP.

Of course this coming was obvious. Conservatives outlets, Fox News and the rest of ilk, along with conservative uproar via social media, forums, and YouTube have been obsessing over this Uranium/Mueller for what now, 2 months? Nonstop droning on and it's all to push the agenda that Mueller is not fit to lead this investigation because of an incident that happened what, 6 years ago? If Republicans and their supporters actually cared about this they would have pushed it all those years ago because R's had control of DC to do it.

Now some Republican politicians are pushing this nonsense to continue pushing the idea Mueller isn't fit. Why is this? To protect Trump and his staffers. So much for law and order, to them it's only party over country, party over everything.

Mueller won't be removed and the investigations will continue. Conservatives are scared.

Podesta has not been indicted. Till that happens
Mueller can pull a Comey any day. And there goes millions
of taxpayer dollars that would have been better spent subsidizing
the poor with health insurance. Greedy Dem lawyers...

I was referring to your ridiculousness. Did Russia affect you as well?

How do you blame the Dems or their leaders for the laughable bull# you and others perpetuate?

Mueller must not resign, it may look like he's against us. But I assure you, he is not against Trump.

How does Podesta not being indicted equal millions wasted?

He already has one guilty plea and 2 indictments issued...

Do you really want to go back to square one?

Hillary's private server.

John Podesta using insecure gmail...

Rolls eyes...

Ending with Hillary lost and can't get up.

Why did the FBI not look into Manafort sooner?

Didn't need a special counsel for that.

Citing deeply troubling events

Yeah, deeply troubling that he's proving Republicans are traitors and criminals.

I hope Mueller arrests everyone in the Trump administration.

I've done no such thing. All I've said is that this is indicative of how conspiracy and paranoia has become mainstream Right Wing.

If you are going to try to debate, at least don't fabricate things.

Makes you look dishonest.

Now that the Mueller investigation has evidently "branched off" , think there could be some Repubs sitting scared about now ?
I can think of one.

They were or do you not remember that the FBI was in-charge before Trump fired Comey and prompted the DAG to appoint Mueller?

The bill should demand replacement of Mueller with another special counsel, and have him or her look into the Crooked dealings of Hillary Obama Lynch Comey and those folks.

it's a good thing then that the less intellectually challenged amongst us chose the proper Special Counsel.
President Trumps' days as CIC are numbered, and it seems you're sweating. The only truly regrettable part of this all, is that an even worse replacement hangs in the balance.
