I agree. When she knowingly took it upon herself to decide which emails were and were not subject to an FBI subpoena or government oversight she broke the law. Scrubbing (she paid a professional to wipe them) at least 30,000 emails from that system was totally unacceptable, justified by her only by labeling them as "the personal."

If claiming something is "the personal" can allow a government official to circumvent investigation or public scrutiny, then we have a very serious problem on our hands. One far greater than any scandal known in history. If oversight and accountability can be so cavilierly discarded by officials, then we have already lost our Republic - at the hands of Clinton and the Obama DOJ no less.

The government had no legal athority to her private emails and thus would have been a lioophile for anyone..

Because an investigation would have to occur first, which there are at least three I know of running in parallel. I also assume Mueller's investigation is of virtually unlimited scope so he will follow the evidence trail as well. Since Podesta is his most recently known target (coupled with Podesta's very sudden stepping down from TPG) it is reasonable to assume he is "going there."

If an impartial investigation determines there was no wrong doing (impartial as in no Clinton/AG meeting on the tarmac), then so be it. But no stone can be left unturned, so the investigation must go where the evidence leads.

I am responding to your message - you said nothing about the meeting - you said that the email showed all we needed to know to pronounce Trump guilty of Russian collusion.

But fine, I will accept you made a mistake in your rant - yes they went to the meeting - A meeting where no Russian info was exchanged - and nothing was done as a result, and a meeting that the Donald did not even know about, and they all thought so little of the meeting they could not even remember it happening at first.

So your contention is they really did get Russian info from that meeting huh? Even if they did it would not matter, that would not be illegal or constitute collusion. Some kind of action related to the info would have had to have taken place.

Think about this - what was trump jr's first move when the accusation was made - release his emails to the public, even though they didn't make him look that great - what was Hillary's first move when she was accused of having classified material on her unsecured server - bleach bit the server and destroy all of her devices that ever accessed the account, and deny it ever happened.

One of these is the actions of a guilty person, and the other the actions of someone with nothing to hide. Also if you think that we would not know about some real Russian info they got and used by now you are fooling yourself.

First off what information did the Trump campaign use against Hillary that made a difference in the campaign that was not public knowledge - meaning what new dirt came out? The emails? - no one is suggesting that had anything to do with this meeting - so what info could it possibly be? No one other than people like you are suggesting there was any info of substance - you are just making up dream scenarios to try and get Trump.

Trumps top campaign aides go to a meeting specifically concerning Russia dropping counter intel on hillary.

Trump changes the gop platform to remove the GOP’s willingness to give Ukraine military aid, instead only offering humanitarian aide.


Then Wikileaks drops the dnc’s Private emailed too close to Election Day for them to really even be checked. Definitely too close for the fact they contained nothing illegal to circulate..

Then Flynn offers to lift sanctions on Russia before the election , convienently as soon as obama ups sanctions do to the dnc hack..

The benefit trail is super clear. I don’t see how it’s even a conspiracy theory anymore.. it’s the most likely conclusion..

But meeting with a foreign government isn't a crime or even suspicious. Russia isn't a declared hostile, nor did they likely engage in any behavior outside the norm of intelligence gathering. Anyone remember Obama's NSA tapping foreign leaders around the world?

Meeting with the Russian government or especially its citizens is not akin to robbing a bank and then claiming you didn't steal anything. The proper metaphor would be getting arrested for being in the vicinity of a robbery someone says happened (without any smoking gun evidence).

No one challenges leaking the truth that isn't some backwater "secret informant". Hillary and DNC were caught cheating on Bernie in those emails and a ton of other things that exposed her 'above the law' attitude. THAT got her beat not how they were given to wiki.
