In this case, the base would be the religious fanatics, led by his VP.

Shamrock talks about combat readiness but fails to take into account troop morale and trust among each other. Do you really think the common testosterone driven infantrymen is going to openly accept a Transgender? Hell hang out with any grunt or common soldiers and their buddies and you will hear some real homophobic comments. Stuff so crude and insulting it would make some here heads explode. And these are comments between friends about friends. Imagine a single Transgender person in a group of 50 guys all basically of the same mind set.

It should be the military courts the ones to decide whether or not the rights of enlisted and officer transgender personnel are being violated... So i am guessing you are one of those people who thinks it's alright all the BS that the Obama appointees in the military have been doing to our soldiers such as forcing them to wear women's shoes and march with those shoes, or to use tax payer dollars for sex re-assignment surgery when it should be paid by those who want the surgery...

Are you saying the judicial controls the executive?? Then what check is there on the judicial? Why do we need anything but a judicial?? The executive has the power to pardon, now what is the judicial going to do??? Judges has no power over the military period. The military has its own court system for crying out loud, why do you think that is?? Do you not know that when you join the military that you sign away any and all rights?? You have no right to a jury trial or even a judicial trial at all, concerning the military. They can't have every soldier suing a commander degrading them can they? No wonder this country is so screwed up.
