Would help to know when...then we could look into if there were any tests happening around then. Also might find pictures or video from other witnesses that would give a better idea. Having seen what these plumes look like first hand from a launch outta Kennedy here in the US I can say they definitely would freak someone out that didn't know what they were looking at. After having it explained though it makes total sense.

I finally got fill time-tagged set of photos from Tomsk province
of the cloud, with recognizable 'Ursa Major' in the field of view,
so I was able to estimate its angular rate from east to west.
Looking at both missile launches announced [without exact times]
that day, and measuring distance observer-to-flight-path for both,
it's a mathematical exercise to convert angular rate to
raw normal-line-of-sight velocity, than use cosine of flight path
'tilt' to observer line-of-sight to get actual velocity. The results
show a lower-than-normal velocity for Plesetsk launch but a reasonable
in-the-ballpark velocity for the Barents Sea launch. Dang,
being a mathematician by training keeps paying off [like,
saving me from wasting time on lottery tickets].

I will report in greater detail shortly.

My bad -- the apparition moved from on the NW horizon, eastwards to due north as the circle expanded and faded, as sunlit fuel clouds do.

This incident like the recent one very similar area, plus the Norway spiral, are formations of chemicals, gasses and dust~via Planet X!

They have all formed near the artic zone or northern hem. There's a reason for this due to Planet X charged dust tail positioning.

All more clear indications things are going down soon!

They happen all over the world, wherever there are rockets in space. This year's examples include Kuwait [SpaceX launch], Brazil [Japanese launch], and Philippines [Chinese launch failure]. Other examples -- satobs.org...
