I'm eager to see what he has to say but I'm 99% sure that this is going to go nowhere.

the confidential FBI informant who exposed that Russian nuclear officials engaged in bribery, kickbacks, money laundering, and extortion in their attempts to corner the U.S. uranium market

Except if you read the court documents on the Mikerin case, there's no suggestion that he would know about any "bribery, kickbacks, money laundering and extortion" beyond his involvement with Vadim Mikerin and the kickbacks that Mikerin extorted from him.

Seems that it's being spun to give a false impression of the scope.

I'm betting his current lawyer was provided by the GOP, who also fed the story to The Hill and coordinated their efforts to launch probes on the heels of the story running. In fact, I'd be curious to know when he was first contacted by the GOP.

Consider that the piece that kicked all of this off was published on 10/17.

You mean you HOPE 99% is nothing burger...However I think with all the threats and his gag order he has some prime rib to feed us....I just hope you ALt-Left don't choke on that real piece of beef!!

How long can you act a fool?
We are only 10 months removed from the Democrat disaster.
It might take all of Trump's first term to clean up the steaming, stinking loads Obama left behind.

And O's first term was cleaning up after Bush.

I look forward to your hilarious defense during the next President's cleanup of Trump's mess.

This thread and many others would not exist.
There were no crimes committed in the last 8 years, the irs would not have had to settle the tea party lawsuit yesterday.

So you support Trump silencing anyone who may have dirt on him.

Hmmm.

Interesting.

No not really
Seeing corrupt politicians held accountable is in no way terrifying.

This U-1 treason, combined with the Dossier scandal, will yield disbarments and even jail-time for a lot of familiar names.

Shocking!!

There is no way the ever so benevolent arbiters of truth and justice from the Obama administration would ever use threats to get their way!?

Lol!

That Uranium Deal is the gift that keeps on giving!!

Can not wait to see this informant speak and give his testimony, god help him make it till that day!

Hill and her shills will chalk it all up to the usual vast right wing conspiracy.

As much as I'd like to see that, nothing will happen. In my opinion.

The politicians protect their own.

Only in rare circumstances does one get sacrificed.

Just look at Hollywood and Weinstein. Sure, he's out.

But do you honestly think that Hollywood cleaned up their act?

No, I mean I've read the court documents and this guy doesn't appear to have had any contacts beyond Mikerin who was a relatively small fish in the grand scheme of things.

I guess that's fitting imagery. Wingnuts huddled together, squawking and waiting to be fed.

I just hope you ALt-Left don't choke on that real piece of beef!!

I don't know what the "Alt-Left" is? (and why does that sound like a prison pickup line?)

Even more..does anyone not believe that Weinstein will not continue to exert considerable power and influence in the industry behind closed doors, and reap millions in profit? The same goes for these corrupt politicians. There may be a sacrificial lamb, but that will be the extent of it all. Business will continue as usual.

Good deflection, but I hardly see how that topic is related.

Not that your tactic is a shock.

Do you care to link the court documents that show the testimony that Mr. Gowdy received this week from the witness? Are you personally involved with congressional hearings or house investigations? Can you please explain how you have access to confidential testimony? Could you please upload the classified proceedings that you seem to have access to?

I wait with bated breath!!
