This is in the mud-pit because this so-called documentary on public TV is filled with nothing but mud!

I just witnesses one of the worst American propaganda Public TV pieces ever displayed!

This is NOT investigative journalism but CIA induced propaganda of the worst sort. Check it out yourself.

www.pbs.org...

It was one of the most horrendous concoctions of distortions, twisted anti Putin and Russian propaganda, and outright lies I’ve ever seen.

This is on a level of Alex Jones in terms of journalism

They said essentially Putin was and is a little Hitler; not one voice for the other side of the story: About the US destructive war and genocide in Iraq, destruction of Libya, their own increasing and circling Russia with NATO basis, or their support of a Ukraine coup.

No, everything was Putin is all-bad and it is all his fault we have a new cold war.

Nothing about Hillary Clinton's laughing at the murder of Khadaffy is criticized or the destruction of Libya or Syria.

Don’t be deceived by the so-called Public TV moniker, its CIA TV or the worst sort.

Wait! Aren't we supposed to be afraid of the Russians because they stole the election from Hillary?

Or are we supposed to love them now that it appears that the DNC/Clinton campaign were working with them all along to try to save us from Trump?

I get confused.

Please help me as soon as you have recovered from that nasty whiplash.

Take your pick, as long as we fear the evil Russians!

You got to really watch this and see the terrible quality of what they call journalism. An hour of pure partial propaganda on public TV. No two sides of the story, no objective study of the issues, from a supposed Public TV powerhouse like Frontline.

People might check out Oliver Stone's interviews with Putin. Either he has the most flawless poker face in history, or he aint anything the creepy the MSM would insinuate.

Yep, Putin is an amazing guy...

It's not like he has journalists critical of him murdered or anything...or bombed an apartment building, killing his own people in a false flag to secure his power...

Oh, and it's also not like he teamed up with Russian organized crime (Russian mafia) and folded them into the Russian government, instead of trying to eradicate them (he realized they were useful tools).

Yep, sounds like a great guy to me...

He's former KGB. If anyone's got a poker face, it's Putin.

I haven't seen this documentary. But given how many people Putin has killed, or, how many of his enemies have met with very unfortunate and convenient 'accidents', it doesn't seem unreasonable to portray him as something of a monster.

yea i was thinking that to. hell he worked one of the top two killing organizations in the world. having people being able to read your face is not part of the job description for such a job. you got to be able to smile while you stab people in the back and them believe you really like them.

Suppose you tell us where they were wrong and where Putin is a wonderful, ex-KGB agent that has not made himself into a billionaire since he got into high governmental offices?

Yes, let's look at the wonderful things Putin has done since he's been in office.

He's waged war on the free press since he got into office.

www.theatlantic.com...

He's killed Journalists, political opponents, and his own citizens to get his way.

www.businessinsider.com.au...

www.washingtonpost.com...

Yep, he's a real swell guy.

Yeah, what part of any of that makes you think Trump and his supporters wouldn’t love him?

To posters:

Where in my OP are there any words to the effect Putin is a saint.

To others:

So tabloid press determines what’s true now not in-depth reporting covering both sides of any story

But it's not "tabloid press".

YOU are calling it that. YOU don't get to just decide that.

Did someone at the CIA tell you they run "one sided American media"?

You know...Russia would love for Americans to NOT TRUST their own media.

Did YOU fall victim of Russia's psychological trickery?
