***TRIGGER WARNING***

I am not responsible for any mental harm or injury that might be caused as a direct consequence of you watching the following video. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My wife and I saw this last night on TV and couldn't believe what we were seeing. This has to be hands down the most ridiculous thing I have seen in quite some time.

Not satisfied with the assumption that this was a real product, I went briefly hunting. Frankly, I didn't search very long, so at face value this looks to be a real product.

Here is their website: gettrumpybear.com...

Frankly, if this wasn't a political strategy to make Trump voters look ridiculous, it should have been. It clearly works.

No triggering here.

I think Trumpy Bear is adorable.

If anyone appears to be triggered by a cute stuffed teddy bear...

It's you!

Whoever thought of that good luck to them , Brilliant.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns of intentionally damaged bears.

Maybe.

To each his own, I guess.

But for me, this commercial just seemed like an SNL skit.

ETA:

To be clear, I have no issues with the bear, for the most part, although the built in blanket/flag is just beyond...

But the commercial is just so over the top. I mean really, 'used to honor fallen family heroes'????

Just so bizarre to me.

...and of course, you do realize my trigger warning was a joke?

To be fair, FDR did it! That's why we call them "Teddy Bears".

Trump never really does anything original. Every political move he's made is from someone else's handbook.

You do realize Trump has nothing to do with this product or commercial, right?

I guess just like I'm not sure some anti-Trumper didn't come up with this brilliant marketing strategy to make Trump voters look ridiculous.

So I'm reading the youtube comments and rolling on the floor laughing.

I guess I'm not the only one who just finds this commercial beyond ridiculous.

My sides hurt.

...and then, there's that hair!

My fav comment so far "Does it come with a rope to hang myself with? Feels wrong using the flag to do that."

Not as bad as when after 911 bush had minted coins with his face on one side and the twin towers on the other, then sold them on national television with infomercials paid for with taxes which ran all night for years and had script which made it sound like anyone who doesn't buy the coins aren't patriotic.

Those infomercials made me sick.

Yeah, that is funny.

I also liked this one: "I am disappointed with the size of it's paws."

But the one that had me spitting out my coffee was: "Tell me on the bear where he grabbed you."

Life truly is stranger than fiction.
