being guarded by multiple police units despite the fact that the coroner is a dually elected official whose authority is among the highest of all law enforcement officials in the State of Nevada.

I don't understand the logic of "despite the fact". Why does the journalist think that having high authority should make an official less likely to be protected by police? Other duly elected officials, up to and including Presidents, also get police protection.

The reporter should not have been inserting their opinion to start with. I'm sick and tired of that personally. In fact, I disregard any article of any kind that has that type of language.

my comment is slightly off topic, but I agree with you. I wish for days with journalists who are interested in reporting the facts, without their own opinions and reactions.

I hope the lock-down is nothing sinister.

I like your thinking, you hope so but won't just dismiss the possibilities.

It would be really cool if it is because the official narrative is wrong and this time we actually are told the truth...

I can wish can't I?

Just symptoms of a Police State.

Could be more.

Then again how do you get get whole office in on a Conspiracy Coverup?

Its a cover up, what else did you expect?

Where are the victims bodies? Are they at the coroner's office? If they are, and I'd think they'd have to be because in a criminal case the ME has to provide a thorough cause of death. My guess is they can't let anyone catch on to the fact that such a large number of the victims were killed with head shots, obviously by a sniper and not by some loon doing a bump fire spray n' pray.

Then of course........there's the question of who was the dead shooter anyway; and that prompts the question was it Paddock or is Paddock off somewhere in witness protection?

This whole thing stinks to high heaven. They REALLY botched this one up.

All 58 of the victims bodies were released by October 6th so that's not the reason the coroner's office is on "lockdown". I think 6 days to do 58 autopsies not bad really, but they should have called in Wayne Carver from Newtown as he managed to do 22 autopsies in just a few hours overnight! What a guy!

i'll bet the 'Coroner' did not autopsy ever single corpse...He/She likely signed-off on the professionals who did the actual work...(otherwise a FF might well be uncovered with hyped body counts, etc.)

i'll also bet the Country Music Concert shooting grounds were not closed to the public for a intensive CSI type of evidence gathering which would have taken over a week of evidence gathering to collect everything necessary.

Okay, somebody's gotta take a whack at this angle.

WHAT IF
Clark County (/LVPD?) have to facility locked down to keep out the DHS(/other fed 3 letter agencies) from walking off with theevidence or some other tampering, like maybe magically producing some of the additional weapons (if any) that left ballistics evidence lying around?

Sorry, back to your regularly scheduled conspiracy musings.

You may be right. There have been reports of people saying apparently there were more than one shooter.

But, there might be more. According to the following video, one hour after the Mandalay Bay shooting there was a manhunt for one or more shooters in 4 casinos. In the video below you can see people being led with their hands up out of a casino.

Starting at around 4:20 you can see a better perspective of officers pointing their guns at the people who we saw being told to keep on moving and run.

What IF the office is on lockdown BECAUSE the DHS (etc) has a court order to do just what ever it is they are doing ?

Thank you for pointing that out.

In the following link we can see the pictures of some of the victims. The article states the coroner released the names of all 58 victims, but it doesn't say he released the bodies of the victims.

Coroner releases names of all 58 Las Vegas shooting victims

Do you know of a link or article that says all 58 bodies of victims were released on October 6th? I am trying to find such article.

Autopsy are normally done by technician. Sometimes they (physicians) even don't see the body, just sign the papers. Things behind closed doors are not always like what they are supposed to be!

Could it be to keep the nuts, bloggers and so called citizen journalist on a mission from god away so they can deal with things without constant interruption? I think that's more likely than a conspiracy.

Wanting to blame the Second Amendment and the people who defend it?... As i remember well "there were certain members" saying in the forums that "Trump supporters deserve whatever they get" in a thread where it was being discussed violence that is occurring against Trump supporters... It seems that "those members got their wish", alongside others in the left, including journalists and famous people who also have "the sentiment of those members"...

This murderer targeted an event that was full of conservatives, not to mention the fact that having up to 23 long rifles with him at the hotel is an excellent excuse the left is using now to try to ban all such long rifles which also seems to have been the other goal the murderer had. more so because he wouldn't have had time to use all those rifles.

This man bought 33 long rifles in the last 12 months, right about the time when Trump and Hillary were the main candidates for President.

BTW, in another thread I posted evidence that your own nation England is still having an increase in gun related crimes despite your draconian laws banning handguns. So your laws restricting guns are not helping you, and instead more crimes with guns are occurring...

Once Again There Are Calls for Gun Control, but How are England/Wales Doing With Gun Control?

That video makes no sense. Why are they yelling and pointing guns at a group of people and herding them out into the open?? Are they getting them to safety or are they apprehending them? What the hell??
