A very thought provoking article (and the statistics showing how far we are now politically divided). I will admit, I really am bothered by the talk and actions of radical progressives (who progressives don't consider radical at all!).

If you are "on the left", I would ask that you help put an end to all of this "white supremacy everywhere and everyone who disagrees with us" crap. Talk about a "French Revolution" is going too far!

To deny that is just folly.

Republicans in the U.S and their familiars the Conservatives in the UK have actually become a lot softer. Trump is hardly recognizable as a Republican. He is more like an old school Democrat.

The Democrats in the U.S and the Labour Party in UK are utterly radicalized. As it stands I was an old school socialist, but now relating better to Trump and the soft Tories. There is no way i am going to vote for anything Liberal even if it hurts my pocket as it is a sick animal right now. It needs to be totally trashed and something more reasonable needs to happen.

In the Liberal domain there is a self hatred thing going on. You will not believe it, but the world they want is my ideal vision from when I was like 26 years old. I know what an idiot I was back then with all my crap ideology and to see it coming from the likes of even the modern Rothschilds and high society is really scary. I REALLY DO NOT THINK THEY KNOW how naive they are. They do not know how dangerous the world is for them. They forget that if the U.S is not militarily strong then Israel will not survive. Without the U.S Israel would be quickly savaged. They are moaning about America and Trump being the next Hitler BUT REALLY HE IS HERE TO SAVE THEIR ASSES if they did but know it. I think they have a weird guilt trip happening and that is why they are all worshiping black people and women just lately. It is like they are running the West as some kind of Wiccan coven of Goddess worship, nature and exoticism. It will end in tears and disaster for sure. I see it clearly because I used to be it myself. I want to warn them, but they will not listen to someone like me.They are in denial about who they are and their culture, what THEY had to do to get their wealth, NOT me and you. We did not do any of that. We are simple people who want to just have a home, a job and a family with some security. We did not whip black people or abuse women.

They have become complacent. It happens to anyone who reclines in the lap of luxury. They become too high above what supports them and do not notice their foundations crumbling. They will not listen because they are haughty and stubborn. Their downfall was figured right at their beginning as it always is.

I don't want to see the West crumbling, but it is doing. My life has been horrible. It has been a waste and it was not my fault. There are millions who have been alienated and wasted just like me. They are much more vengeful and less understanding than me.

These horrid little death rituals they let happen must stop NOW. Enough is enough. If it happens again I expect there will be huge civil disturbances. No more playing with the lives of the masses.

There really is an elite group of people. They are in full public view if you know what to look for. In plain view they reveal their networking and all their contacts. Man, they have no sense of security and how much world hatred there is towards them.

I thought they were much more clever than they are. I could run rings around them with my street cred. All they have over us is that they can orchestrate stuff from up high and have the networking to get orders and protocols obeyed and followed. This does not frighten me even slightly. I want a fair world. I don't want our lives to be played around with and wasted like this.

I'll never be politically violent and I am not vengeful. I forgive. Really, these guys need to sort themselves out or they will end up being taken out. I see something very nasty on the horizon unless we get a fairer society and the MSM stop manipulating us like this. Give us proper news. Give us proper politics. Gives us opportunities. It's not just a club for them and a playground for them to jet around in and not give a # about who is BUYING THEIR TICKET. This world is for us all. I WANT TO PLAY, too and so do billions of other people.

I wish i could tell you what i discovered tonight. It has given me a very clear picture of what is what. I don't hate them. I just want them to get rational and stop being so aloof. They really are in danger like King Louis lost his head and his kingdom. That is what happens when you forget your people, your own identity and are compromised by the illusion of wealth and privilege. It's good to get your self dirty sometimes. i do it all the time. Humility is a great teacher.

They have this new idea they are calling INCLUSIVE CAPITALISM. You may get to hear about it at some point. It is yet another ideology. It will not work because the brutes in the courtyards around them (the Harveys of this world in business and banking) are too many and will only listen to the greed of their own lusts and desires. What a vile world theirs has become.

I love and respect the Rothschilds so please don't get me wrong. I do think that these people have gotten out of touch though, obviously, because almost the whole world are moaning about it. They do not realize just how much they are hurting us all with their financial behavior. They will say they care with lots of nice words about women and black people, but that will not make any difference economically for us in the West. Real help will not come because they will have to dig into their own profits for that. It is passing the buck. it is pretentious and false. It is HYPOCRITICAL.

It isn't that we want to repeat that history, but there are things that came out of it that *need* to be preserved in order to preserve the country.

Where, for example, do you think the Bill of Rights came from if not out of that time? And if we don't learn about and understand the forces, both good and bad, that shaped its writing and why it's there, then what drive is there to preserve it?

Well, you don't have to answer that because we see the lack of reverence for the principles contained in the Bill of Rights: freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to keep and bear arms, the right to one's property, etc.

Haven't the demographics for children in the USA changed? More than half are now South American/Mexican/Latino. They are running their own businesses and getting degrees, while some groups still remain in the poorest neighborhoods. Despite the amount of money spent on education, they can't move forward no matter what federal projects are funded, because the money gets funneled away by the education board administrators. Someone compared the costs of education by Catholic schools against the city education boards, and the biggest difference was how much was spent on adminstration.

In addition, that would also indicate respect for the opposite party, regardless of party, for keeping the system of government in check, and thereby preventing an autocracy.

The title was the original title of the article (not one I made up) which is really about the political divide over the last 23 years and a prominent progressive author / activist's feelings on the subject since the guy isn't a "nobody" and has clout in Progressive circles.

True warriors do. The name is even named after War. All through history warriors wanted to fight and conquer. Granted that there are not many today, but there are still some warriors out there who will fight, war, for what they believe is right. It is not that warriors do not fear death, warriors accept the consequences for their actions, win or lose.

I think I am going to have to disagree with the premises of your post.

Because:

1.) If there is a revolution guess what becomes invoked? National Marshall Law. They would give Trump more power than any President before him. I may be wrong and they just don't realize the gravity of their situation, but I think their leaders wouldn't want to take that chance. Trying to overthrow a sitting President would have drastic results for the leaders of that Benedict Arnold mentality. Death is the sentence for Treason.
