It looks like he is putting his weight on the right leg, to me, and has the left raised slightly to keep weight off of it.

If this picture were really from a news outlet, wouldn't there be an internet trail? With this picture there is not trail, not in GOOGLE Images nor Tineye...Where did this picture come from?

Friday, however, Lombardo said that he now believes the security guard received his wounds close to the time the shooter started firing. Lombardo said Friday that the initial time he gave of 9:59 was when the security guard attempted to breach a door nearby the shooter's.
Lombardo said he cautioned from the beginning that information surrounding such a large investigation is always subject to change. "I still stand by the [9:59] time ... It wasn't inaccurate when I provided it to you," Lombardo said. "The circumstances associated with it is inaccurate."

...he bolted at the last minute when all of these national stations were ready to roll?
That he bolted last minute is the tell. Good for him. Who wants to be eaten by soulless carnivores calling themselves newscasters?
Every frigging person near to this tragedy is a secret gubment plant now? The conspiracy rumor mill is running overtime, as usual.
Things are the way they are and not the way you perceive them.

Campos was one of three on the floor, he didn't even make the call that there was a shooter on the floor. He did absolutly nothing. The maintenance worker called down.

After he was shot, and under a fuselage of bullets, he crawled to a spot out of the line of fire, probably focused on his wound, realizing that that the mayhem being unleashed in the room would eventually bring help. Probably going into shock too.
I wouldn't have made a peep after that, let alone make calls on a radio or cell phone.

Yet, he was able to warn the maintenance man and heroically assist the officers with clearing guests from the 32nd floor after being shot! Simply unbelievable!

It looks more like a set piece that hasn't even been used, actually. There is no food debris or crumbs or used napkins or water even in the glasses.
It's a completely empty banquet hall is not even lit properly for use in a ceremony in which such an award would be given. Where are the crowds of adoring fellow union members?
Mandalay Bay is the only casino hotel in Las Vegas whose security force is unionized, he said; the management signed a three-year contract last month with the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America.
The union itself is small, with only 24,519 members. But it bills itself as the oldest and one of the most important security police unions in the country. Its members, for example, stand guard at nearly half the nation’s 104 nuclear facilities, as well as the Kennedy Space Center, and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
