For us, it was some of the below:
1. Fort Building - My best accomplishment was building a fort outside that had two floors, made from scrap wood, and didn't use a single nail (though
several rusty ones went into my hands and feet while moving pieces).
2. Poop launch - Here's the fun thing when you have a dog, and your house backs to a woods that wasn't used for anything (except building a fort).
Simply grab a shovel, find a pile, and launch that sucker.
3. Neighborhood bike races - A lot of us kids got together to race around the block.
Later, it became mostly card games: BS, Gin, and Euchre were the most popular (Penny-craps were as well, but it wasn't encouraged).
I supposed you could count Bionicle wars, but all that involved was smashing LEGO bionicles together till you knocked your opponent's mask off.
