My husband and I are going to a concert on Halloween, so we are dressing up. He's going as the dude, and I wanted to match him in some way, but didn't want to go in full "Maude" costume, so I'm going as the Aimee Mann character - you know, the German chick who shows up at a diner along with the German guys, and she has one of her cowboy boots cut out so you can see her missing toe? My whole costume will be wearing cowboy boots with one of them cut out showing my bandaged and "bloody" missing toe. I'm hoping people will figure it out and not ask me how I lost my toe.
