That is a great, creepy shot!
Also, a little salute to your poor camera lense. (The wind is crazy at those cliffs!) Did you stay in Galway?

Thank you for posting the great picture! Welcome to post more if you'd like

I've been to Geneva and Zurich, both were beautiful but this looks even nicer.

Lofoten, Norway: (Tiny Northern fishing village)

Wish I could have looked through the old fisherman's (who owned this boat) eyes to watch my brother and I attempt to row. We were basically spinning in the waves lol, finally struggled out to the island you see in front of you and struggled back. He most likely was thinking of rescue strategies.

This is the fisherman's house, converted into a hostel. Look at all the guests! Pictured: 3 Italian guys and 1 girl, 2 Spainish guys, 2 Spanish girls, one Aussie, 2 American siblings, 2 Argentinean girls. Not pictured: One lady from New Zealand, one older French gent with amazing eyebrows, a lovely young Swiss couple:

Perhaps next April (hint hint) can mark the beginning of some amazing travels for Hunter. Start in CO for an ATS extravaganza. Bring a backpack (but try to get one with a zipper or you'll end up unpacking and repacking a lot to get to the bottom of your pack!). There is so much to see in the beautiful USA. Anything you could want, really. If you're interested, let me know and I could maybe help you plan a bit!

I should be a travel agent, really. I just love this stuff.

Then you could put your pics up in here and make us jealous!

Oh yes, April is coming soon. I'm looking forward to it, maybe that will spark something inside me and set me on a new journey!

The rest of the world will probably have to wait, as I'll probably need to rush back home to work. I'm trying to retire early, ya'know?

But when I do plan to take on the world, I might have to hire you as my travel agent.

I haven't been to Zurich, but loved Geneva! I'm pretty sure that Interlaken was my 2nd favorite place in Switzerland, next to Luzerne. This pic does not nearly do justice, but here's a peek:

It's such an amazing beautiful and clean country.

It really is! And remarkably clean, you're right. I remember reading somewhere (Steinback, Travels With Charley perhaps?) that all US cities are marked by dumpy or industrial areas surrounding (it's true!). I didn't see that in Europe.

This could pass for a tropical locale at first glance but it's actually Lake Michigan from the top of the Drake Hotel:

Beautiful!

Yeah, and they have a great bar there too, but my favorite old hotel in the country right now is the Netherlands in Cincy. They always give me the top floor corner when I visit:

That's right...it's the Hilton now.
Years ago, I used to live a block away (4th. & Plum)...and would do their brunch in the Deco room.
That open lobby/dining room is an architectural treasure.
